"Working with David was an excellent experience. We did an unusual garage addition, and if you hadn't seen the before - the addition flowed so smoothly you would never know it was done. From start to finish, he kept us updated with the daily work to be performed. The various contracted crews we're all exceptional, picked up after each days work, and showed up on time. The job came in within 10% of initial budget, and with todays economy I'm grateful! I wouldn't hesitate to hire him for our next renovation! Chris Schaefer"

"Following 2018s Hurricane Michael, Florida Intracoastal Builders restored a bedroom, part of a lg. porch and replaced the roof including repairing trusses. The work was Excellent and finished with good timing. The inspector was impressed and I was very pleased. Following Jan. 2024s tornado, I contracted with them a 2nd time for more extensive work. The AMAZING team rebuilt the garage including trusses, Master Bdrm., 3 closets and 2 bathrooms and more. They replaced electricals, plumbing, flooring, A/C unit, HWH, well house extension and water softening equipment. Also, windows, updated hardiplank siding, multiple doors, insulation, the roof, gutters, painted (inside and outside) and provided extras I requested.....ALL WITH EXCELLENT QUALITY. The team worked consistently until complete. They kept the property, inside and outside, clean and free of nails and clutter. I am 100 % Satisfied. Each inspection passed with praise. They receive my highest recommendation. M.K H."

"Excellent. Professional and extremely courteous."

We are a small family business with a big family heart! I have 6 children and an amazing wife that I live for! I have been in the residential construction line of work for 12 years. I love what I do! Making someones home change for the better, and working with the client through-out the process is my kind of challange. I love showing the final product and seeing the look on the clients face when we finish! At the end of each job, I can say to myself ( we upgraded not just their home, but their lives).

"Jeremy and his crew were fantastic. They were punctual, professional, courteous and efficient."

"Great! Mark was very patient with me and very understanding when I decided to make changes. He always gave pros and cons with the changes I wanted to make. Everything came out just as I wanted 😊 When I have another project I will definitely contact Mark."

"Aaron and his team are good, hard-working and honest people. It was very refreshing to have someone come and listen to what we wanted without trying to sell us on something we didnâ t. He pays close attention to detail and makes sure that the job is done RIGHT and not just slapping it up to get it done. I had gotten several estimates before starting our project and I was impressed that he did not gauge us with ungodly estimates like we saw from others just because weâ re down at the beach surrounded by multi-million dollar homes. With Aaron & his team anything is possible! I love that they think outside the box and helped us to design a bathroom that is our favorite room in our house! Aaron is now remodeling our kitchen and I canâ t wait to see the results!"

"These guys did an amazing job. I am glad I did not listen to any of the reviews on Facebook because unfortunately there was some bad ones. I went with my gut and I’m glad I did. Craig and Mike were excellent. They listen to all my concerns and even changed a few things with no complaints at all. I will definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone in the future. Thank you again for all that you did. It truly came out amazing."

"Jeff and his team did an incredible job with the office and patio addition to my home! I could not be happier! I appreciated his professionalism, eye for design, and timeliness. His teams were always courteous, listened to my concerns, and addressed any issues quickly. His prices were reasonable and the quality was beyond what I would have ever expected. I appreciated their quality of work so much that I ended up having them redo the flooring in the main areas of my house as well. I can honestly say that I will NEVER call anyone else besides Jeff for future construction needs and you should not either!"
