We knew exactly what we were going to pay through each phase of the project. The pace of the job was amazing, there was work happening at our house almost every week day, no wondering when they were coming. Our project was finished in about 8 weeks! How is it an unforeseen problem?. Poor estimating job or bait and switch? Either way, It left us with a bad taste in the mouth..."
