"I will start by noting that do to time constraints, we were not able to proceed with Swartz. However, I still feel compelled to provide a review given Aaron's responsiveness, knowledge, and overall professionalism (even after I told him we were going with a different contractor due to the timing needs / issues). In summary, we are purchasing a new home and wanted to have the addition work included in our mortgage. This process required plans and bid work to be completed on a very accelerated time line to meet a short closing timeline. We had not engaged an architect and given this timeline, we ultimately chose a design / build contractor that completed their own drawings. If we had drawings already, Swartz would have been at the top of our list. I wanted to write this review for Swartz to let others know that, similar to other posts you will see on Angie's List, our experience through the initial project review and contractor interview phase gave us tremendous confidence that Swartz Builders would provide quality work. Aaron is clearly knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. We would strongly encourage anyone planning a remodeling or addition project to make sure you consider Swartz and Aaron."

"We selected this company to finish our basement because the quote was way lower than the other big companies and talking with Xhulio about the project, it just felt like a good fit. And it was! He was very kind, patient, and accomidating to any and all ideas and concerns. The process was smooth, they catered to all our needs and the results are amazing!! We had our own design plan and he and his dad, Jimmy followed them to a "T". They produce quality work, but very quickly. Very detailed and clean up after themselves each day. They let us paint our own cabinets for a full kitchen and seperate bar, and they installed them for us. They felt like family to us. "I contacted Renaissance Restorations for an addition. Jamie called immediately. The planning, blueprints, city permits went in high gear - then covid hit! When these unexpected things come up patients is and was needed. Finally, as things opened up the construction was in high gear again. More delays stalled things again, However everything is now completed, I am SO PLEASED! Jamie's finishers are top notch! The tilers were "masters of their craft" and the other finishers were precise as can be. The place looks beautiful!"

I got 3 bids for my basement project, all highly rated on “Angie” and Craig was the lowest ……by over $20,000 !!! The best part is that Craig designed everything and gave us a blueprint. His finish crew (Chris and Kenny’s ) work was excellent and there crew shows up every day at 7am till finished ……literally found a diamond in the ruff !"
