"The renovation turned out great, very happy with the finished product! There were some delays throughout the project that resulted in it taking months longer than expected. Various factors affected that timeline such as the pandemic, staff and product availability. There were also some additional costs not captured in the estimate, however this is not entirely unusual in renovation projects. Overall, they were professional and maintained regular communication about the project status and made sure we were happy with how things turned out."

I recently purchased a two bedroom home in Mill Valley and after moving in quickly realized that there were a littany of projects that needed to be completed in order to make my new home more comfortable and presentable. I decided to go with Fred and FSP general contractors for my initial set of priority projects based on my favorable impression of Fred, his fair and straightforward estimates, and clear communication of timelines to both start and complete the initial projects. I decided to continue to work with Fred/FSP for my 2nd/3rd traunch of projects based the high quality of work performed during my first set of projects, adherence to estimates and timelines, and ease of communication during the process. In particular, I appreciated Fred's flexibility with my evolving priorities and his availability to meet/speak/text about questions and/or recomendation pertaining to ongoing work. The work that Fred/FSP did and continues to do for me was diverse but probably representative of the type of work many people are interested in: 1. Remodling of bathroom including istallation of new fixtures and replacement of original tile. 2. A tricky and unusual rebuild of a fireplace and mantle. 3. A custom designed/made concealed wiring scheme for tv mounted over the new fireplace mantle. 4. Replacemant and installation of lighting throughout house. 5. A full review, recomendation (s), and upgrades for electrical integrity of the entrie house. 6. A long list of random tings I thought of along the way! I feel fortunate to have crossed paths with Fred/FSP and will continue to work with them for all home improvement projects moving forward. I highly recommend this company based on the honesty/integrity of Fred and his crew, the adherence to reasonable estimates and timelines, and the high quality of all work performed."

"Ricky can do it all! He put up new walls to create an office and master closet (including all electrical/lighting in connection with each as well as internet in the office and custom racks and shelving in the closet). He planned and installed all of our outdoor landscape and flood lighting (which has completely transformed the usability and aesthetic of the backyard). He removed the existing in-ground basketball hoop and installed a brand new heavy duty hoop in its place (including engineered rebar/concrete work in connection with same). He has also helped with various electrical, plumbing, drywall, dry rot, water damage, replaced/upgraded appliances. He is a one-stop shop, is reliable, honest, trustworthy and hard-working. Cannot recommend him or his work enough!"

"Rebuildit just finished quite an extensive remodel of my house. I threw a lot at them, and I mean alot! Complete remodel of the kitchen and master bathroom as well as new paint and flooring throughout. We didn't make it easy on them either. Water damage, asbestos removal, removal of a load bearing wall, you name it, they did it and all with a smile on their face! Everyone was a pleasure to work with from the estimators, to the designer, and even the owner himself. They all greeted us with huge smiles and made us feel like we were in good hands. I have to give a special shout out to our Project Manager, Raymond. He stayed on top of everything! With such a big job there were definitely some hiccups along the way, (nothing major, just some the usual things that can happen during a remodel), but he was in front of every issue before it became a bigger issue and handled the whole project with class and professionalism.
