"This was the third contractor we have ever dealt with, and by far the BEST.  We decided on a Friday to go with remodel and Monday morning he was there but 8:30 with his crew, and from that day on till the end of the project, they never took days off to leave us and go to his other projects. What made this so easy was Todd listen to what I wanted, I even got a banquet, a larger island and yes a beverage cooler where my husband can keep his drinks. One thing about his crew, they are so nice and honest that I never felt uneasy leaving them in my house while we were at work. One thing you need to do, when Todd says he is ready to start you better have lights, fixtures, and other things within his scheduled time, they work hard and fast.  If I ever have anything else done I will definently choose Todd and his Crew. Very Honest People, and his quoted price was right on it.

"The experience was incredible. DCE is a family owned business that really does treat you like family!! CEO Rich Desantis walked Karen and I through every step of the process along with providing amazing knowledgeable support and advise as we had issue with our county building people! DCE was a Godsend in the 11th hour of signing a forced deal with an unethical well known contractor in north Georgia! This contractor had us to sign an iPad for a smaller project with no physical contract and after immediately requesting to increase the project we were told that the previous contract was canceled by calling the cancellation in but after 3 days this changed as the contract states that cancellations must be written. This locked me into not being able to negotiate a fair price for the increased size of the project But DCE came out and agreed to provide much more than we were getting from the previous contractor. Along with that DCE price came out to $20k less that the former contractor. The PC only agreed to building a gable style room that was 17x11 sqft and enclosing one side of our existing patio that was 7.5 ft with no flooring and not touch the existing patio area. For $77k DCE gave us the 17x11 room with LVT flooring, redid the existing patio with R30 insulation and flooring, 7 outlets, ceiling fan and window heating/air system for $56k! The price was so much better that we were able to upgrade to a nice Mitsubishi mini split, an upgraded additional lighting package, outdoor patio aluminum railing, with cap and under rail lighting. Final cost was $68k. So along with the $5k that we had to pay to get out of the previous contract we still came under on the PCâ s initial price with so mix more. We are so please with the family at DCE we named our sunroom the SonRoom in honor of our blessing through DCE and our other ministries such as the Gideons and womenâ s ministries through our church! Thank from infinity to beyond DCE"

"I sold my home recently. And my next purchase i was looking for a house that need some updating and remodeling wanting to take on a project for the 1st time and see how it turns out. I found the home that fit the criteria I wS looking for so after purchasing my home ,went through and made list of all I was wanting and needed to do. The original windows were still in the home which was built in 1970. Being a priority for replacing the windows I called around and had 3 different companies suggested make appointments to come out look and give estimates. Champion being one of those companies was the 1st out of 3 to come out. Their salesman Sam introduced himself came in did a walk through and then we sat down for him to go over and explain Champions windows and what they had to offer. Sam was very thorough and demonstrated the products advantage over others. Along with comparing warranty with other companies. Iam a Veteran of US Army. A combat Veteran serving in Iraq 2004 - 2006. Sam noticed some of my medals and awards that were laying out and wanted to thank me for my service. I don't know why or what got it started, God works in mysterious ways. But. Got to talking about my military career and my involvement in Iraq. Talking about the war after the war and my trials and struggles that came home with me. I felt as though Sam was a life long friend not just a salesman for Champion . Something I don't usually talk about with family much less a stranger seem to be like a normal everyday conversation. I noticed him getting g emotional on a certain occasion and very attentive to listening to what I wS saying. After all was done he stood up shook my hand and wanted me to know how much he appreciated me talking with him. I was kibda blown back myself because that doesn't happen much at all in professional settings and here ism pouring out to Sam. Again God knows guess when things are needed. Do he asked what I thought about their product. I stopped him right there. Told him you have a great product from what you presented. Nit seei g any other companies yet. I told there would be no need I wanted to sign a contract with Champion. To me having a great product is one thing. But having a great person who took the time listen was worth far more than the windows. So, I know this a long review.but thought you needed to hear tge story about not only the best windows around. But. To me tge best staff u ever had the pleasure to be involved with. From start to finish . Purchase to installing the windows. Nothing but knowledge , profffesionalism and courtesy with Champion and absolutelyive the windows and blown away tge difference it has made to my home. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
