"Went great, came inside with a great attitude. Had all the necessary tools and even had a vacuum when the granite needed to be cut to prevent a mess. He cleaned as he kept working in between. The sink looks beautiful and he double checked for leaks and paid attention to detail. I highly recommend him any home jobs and I am definitely giving him another call with another project."

The construction quality was so good on my bungalo that was built a year and a half ago, I decided to have the patio enclosed as well which was recently completed. I have braging rights in my neighborhood now. Very soon they will be replacing all th exterior of my home with "Hardywood" and painting. "The services that OnCall provided were EXCELLENT!! The HandyMen that did work at my house ,on two separate visits , were very professional and friendly. Both times these experienced guys arrived on time and worked diligently on the issues at hand. I Needed a back gate replacement and I’m SO thrilled that I have a FUNCTIONING gate now and it was so well done I won’t have to worry about replacement for a VERY long time! In addition, my garbage disposal started leaking under my sink . The OnCall Service Man arrived on time and installed a new one! He was very kind, polite, experienced and stayed focused on the job at hand.! "After a high-pressure sales pitch presented as an estimate, a "3 days tops" job turned into a month. The materials are good quality and the overall end result is fine now, but it was a circus during the install! First, someone drove a screw through the wall straight into an electrical outlet on the other side! Thank goodness the house didn't burn down when it shorted out inside the wall. After going back and forth with a supervisor "Aaron" who was never even there during the work, saying that it was an existing problem in the electrical system, it finally got fixed. When there's a brand new 3-inch screw going through the box, that is definitely not an existing wiring problem! Apparently they ran out of the screws they were supposed to be using and tried to improvise... Then, 2 floor tiles were cracked during the job and they had to be replaced. Luckily, the same tiles were in stock at the local big box so it was able to be repaired without changing the entire floor, but tack on another day of work. Then, the shower doors were installed upside down and backwards, so another trip had to be made for that to be remedied AFTER they had to order a completely new set of doors! So for 2 weeks we were shimmying into the shower behind a shelf at the back wall of the bathroom. All in all, for the price you pay for this type of shower, I'd expect the workmanship and attention to detail to be much better. The crew was very nice during the process and did eventually own up to and fix the flubs, but if I had to do it all over again, I'd buy a top of the line kit from a big box and have an independent contractor install it for half the cost. I was also encouraged to leave positive reviews in exchange for a gift card, which would explain a lot of the 5 star reviews around the net..."

"Eli came by and viewed my area the same day of my inquiry. I discussed with him what I wanted. I needed a foundation constructed for my shed. He was friendly and detailed, explaining what he could accomplish. His price was very fair! He and his crew/family arrived promptly on the day that he promised to be here. They completed the entire job within the same day. Afterwards, Eli made sure that I was satisfied with the work that they had completed. They did an awesome job! "If you want to hire a company that cares, this is the one. We needed to have a bath converted into a walk-in shower in our guest bathroom because of the accessibility issues. The original design looked great, but it would have taken a couple of months to get all the supplies. John and Travis realized that we had an urgent need and came back with a great design that used great materials and we didn't have to wait for so long. In a couple of weeks, we had a crew headed by Jesse that landed in our bathroom. They were great. Everything was done in a day and a half. The quality is superb! Every time I walk into the bathroom, I enjoy the look of it, plus we are happy with all the benefits of having a walk-in shower. One more thing I want you to know is that I really mean what I am saying in this review. When the owner of the company, not a hired salesman, is directly involved in projects, it makes a big difference. Plus, the price was more reasonable compared to "the big shower remodeling companies""
