"Hired them for 3 projects I have installed this basement waterproofing solution in 2 homes. System speaks for itself. Nothing better on the market. Work was first rate. Expectations were presented prior to the project. Details on what would happen and how the project would go. Would not hesitate to use again ERV installed New basement egress. This project did not go as planned, but not at the fault of basement systems. Was originally supposed to get a BILCO door but due to unforseen issues, that was not able to happen. They ended up installing a new staircase from my basement to ground level. Work was first rate and ended up better than a bilco door. Company re landscaped and everything is as it was. All work performed was top notch and no issues on anything they have done"

They were flexible given unexpected issues that came about with the basement. The water proofing was done first and they did a great job. We have a 150 Victorian and did not know what kind of challenges Mike and his crew would come across. We completely renovated the two existing bathrooms and he was able to create a new third bathroom. We worked very closely together to make this a smooth renovation. Every step of the way, he kept in touch with us. We were just not contractor and client, but it was a true partnership. We will be working on another project with him next year, there is no other contractor I would even consider working with. He and his team are exceptional."
