"If you don’t want to deal with BS, Ted is your guy. He shows up and works hard. He does all the work himself, and he does a good job. The quality of his tile work is definitely expert level. His pricing is very transparent, as he provides an itemized list for everything he charges for. He’s just a real solid, old school type of guy that you can trust to do what he says he is going to do. He’s also very up front about anything that he doesn’t feel qualified to do. He keeps his job site clean and hauls off all the debris and waste. He’s very flexible and easy to work with. I messed up and bought the wrong kind of tile for the floor, but Ted worked with me to get it all straightened out. I would advise you to clear anything you are going to buy with your contractor first before you buy it. Overall, I highly recommend Ted."

"vendor showed up on time. true craftsman. i love the deck they built. would recommend to everyone."

"Coler and Co Restoration and Construction did a great job on the construction work. The updated stair railing and trim look clean, and the exterior work around the window and HVAC equipment gives the home a more finished appearance. I’m happy with how the project turned out and would recommend them."

"I contracted Sawyers to extend my back patio slab and add a patio cover with shingles to match the roof of my house. The teams that came in were all hardworking and efficient. I put work quality down to only 4 stars because the crew doing the concrete left a lot of dirt/mud spots in yard as they chose to make dirt pile when digging out area for concrete slab where the probably should have just removed the excess dirt as the went. Also one on the slabs sections that was poured was slightly unleveled. it was good to see that the owner himself came out to discuss the whole project and provide the quote. The roofers were very nice and was able to provide me a last minute quote for some extra work I was wanting done and completed that work on the same day along with the main patio cover project."

"Lance was awesome to work with! His team added a fifth bedroom to our home by filling in our foyer. All of his subs were awesome and on time. It was a great experience! Would 100% hire Lance and team again."

"Patio Enclosures was fantastic, the subcontractors that came to do the job were not. However, Patio Enclosures sent two Field Supervisors over to spend and entire day addressing all of our concerns. Overall, their customer service is what made us happy with this project and we absolutely love our 3-season room!"

"In and out very fast and clean! Quartz countertops are beautiful and fit perfectly. The build is really nice quality. They also suggested elements for the design of kitchen we weren't sure about. Specifically the cabinet layout. Daniel had the perfect suggestion for how to layout the cabinets. Very pleased with the experience!"

"Has not been installed yet so we shall see"

"Ronald remodeled my kitchen and bathrooms. He did fantastic job. The quality of his work & professionalism and great communication made it so easy to work with him."
