"We built our home some 40 years ago. We had All In Builders Construction Corporation come in and renovate two separate buildings. In an old work space above a 3-car garage they installed an apartment including a living room, bed room, kitchen, bath room and closet. In the second building they renovated two rooms into living areas. In both buildings, the results were essentially PERFECT, beautiful in every detail from the stucco and painting, the trim work, door installations, addition of a split AC system, wiring, and plumbing. The workers were actually craftsmen and gentlemen. My wife and I have been around construction all of our lives and have witnessed the horrors of fighting builders and their subs. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"The project was completed on 3/8/17 after the last inspection passed without any problems. Although there were a few delays, none were unexpected as Dan kept us informed at each step. One thing that was remarkable for me was that the crew kept the area clean at the end of each day. Tom (the other partner and site supervisor) demanded this of the crew. They checked in with us each day upon arrival and answered questions willingly. Dan brought samples of shingles for the roof and he had us go with him to pick out tile and marble. They matched our interior paint (the cut a door into out existing space) perfectly. Our bathrooms lost the windows but the solar tubes brought in much light. Tom installed shelves where the bathroom windows had been. The handicap rollin shower was à we envisioned and the marble shower matched the sink. There was one mistake one the new walkway but they fixed it immediately and it looked great with the ne front patio. Dan was easy to work with and responsive to communication."

"Checked around with other Companies to get an estimate on a metal roof after much research on the different styles and quality. Some never returned calls others told me they were really busy because of Hurricane ( DUH really ) would get in touch with me later. So that was pretty discouraging after doing all the research myself then no one to give a Quote. This being said I called Solar Solutions, they told me they would be out to the house by the end of the week, which I was Shocked. Frank came out around 2:00 pm and got on the roof and measured and drew a blueprint and measurements of complete roof. He explained the options which we told him we wanted it done right which was Pricey but the Old saying you pay for what you get. He told us to think about it not pushy at all. He said he had another appointment that he would come back to cover the roof with Blackjack tar after the appointment which it was about 6:00 pm now. (Free of Charge even if you don't get roof done by him) We said it will be getting dark, he said that's why they have flashlights. About 8:00 pm the wife said it sounds like something on the roof, it was him. That sealed the deal for us. He said that we don't have to decided this quick. But we did and signed contract with the deposit. The roof looks Great we got the metal shake shingles by Dura-Loc the job was done by a Very Professional Crew, the neighbors said their roofs were replaced by Cowboys and ours was replaced by Craftsmen which it took 8 eight days to finish, cleaned up each night like nothing was being done here. Our Utility bills have gone down over 40 percent which is great living in Florida air conditioner runs 11 months a year. Plus the air does not struggle at all. Figuring to replace it this year but it hardly runs and does not labor at all. Insurance is cheaper by about 10 percent but the neighbors all went up 25-30 percent plus we went from 2% deductible to $500.00 deductible so I would say it probably went down 45-50%. We are Super Happy with the workmanship of the job done by the companies Great Employees. They are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by us."
