All questions were answered, and we were updated on every issue that came up as walls were torn down or pipes exposed. I knew the price was higher than that of other contractors', but I had also seen Centennial's work firsthand from a friend who was remodeling her entire house. They are professional and reliable. We had never done a remodel, and Brent had to help us pick items and places to go to stay within our budget. We will use them again."

This was for half the gutter, which included multiple seams, plus there was an additional charge for cleanup. Other contractor replaced the entire back gutter, no seams, for $249, and there was no additional charge for cleanup. I report; you decide."

"We hired Booher to remodel two upstairs bathrooms in our home this summer. The end result looks very nice, and the process went pretty smoothly. We had remodeled our master bath a few years back, NOT with this company, and it was nothing short of a disaster, so we were nervous about tackling another project. This company is very organized and uses several sub-contractors, and needless to say this was a much better experience! The organization makes the project go smoothly, and their experience was apparent. The process took about six months from the very first estimate until the final result. Everything is picked out and ordered ahead of time; the work does not start until everything is ready, to avoid weeklong delays waiting for products to come in or pick the items out. There were a few minor glitches, but those were taken care of without a problem. There are also no surprises - if something is changed from the original you are informed and sign for it, there are no surprise expenses just given at the end. That has not always been the case for us. The employees are nice to work with, and were patient with several novice questions we had. Our project coordinator was great, he kept us informed and kept the project moving. One tip when remodeling is stay on top of the project, read the fine print and check the work everyday to make sure things are getting done the way you want it. Do not assume anything. There is no perfect remodel, but this was a much better experience than the last company and we would hire Booher again. Thank you!"

"Repaired cracked and bulging plaster in an older home. Painted all the rooms repaired excellently and even made some minor repairs to electrical outlets. Mr. Wright put up blinds for me and made an access opening to my attic which was much needed. I plan to hire the company for future work."

"We hired Andy to perform a complete kitchen gut and remodel, including removing a wall to get our open concept dream space. We have all new cabinets, complete with soft close drawers, granite counter tops , lighting (new pendants and cans as well as beautiful under cabinet LED), farmhouse sink, refinished hardwoods. Andy and his team also completely transformed our living/dining great room by installing beautiful car siding wood ship lap style ceiling with gorgeous beams and trusses in a contrasting color. They also removed the old stone floor tile in the living/dining area, installed solid hardwoods to make them tie in to the main floor flooring. They also installed beautiful custom bookcases and a feature stone wall fireplace in the great room, as well as a granite top huge buffet feature on the dining room side of our great room, complete with lots of new cabinets and storage. They also completely gutted and renovated our out-dated master bathroom. They added a huge shower, free standing tub, new toilet, new vanities with new fixtures and gorgeous granite tops. They installed new floor tile and heated floors (my personal favorite and a godsend for Indiana winters). They renovated the master bedroom ceiling by changing the pitch of the ceiling and installing beautiful shiplap style wood to match the great room ceiling. Finally, they gave our basement fireplace a beautiful stone facelift to match the main floor fireplace. In addition, they replaced the backspace tile of our basement bar area. The work is impeccable. We only had a few minor items come up during the three month project, but Andy addressed everything quickly. This was a very large renovation but Andy and his team did an amazing job. It even came in on time and at budget. Andy is salt of the earth and is very trustworthy. Andy kept communications very open and he kept us apprised of the project status frequently. He and his crew treated us and our home very respectfully. He and his crew were so pleasant, safe and very cautious with maintaining appropriate social distancing and other Covid-19 safety practices during the project.
