"We had an addition put onto our house last year. There were endless delays, the project took much longer than estimated, and the equipment brought in tore up the yard and driveway. When cutting into the house the wall to my daughters bedroom and the living room were punched through and suffered water damage, which they magnanimously painted the one wall to cover. The yard and driveway were never addressed because it “isn’t part of the contract”. Hence, the outlet pipe for the sump pump was simply run about ten feet straight out from the house, a foot above ground. Speaking of which, the sump pump is pretty much UNDER THE BEDROOM FLOOR. The final straw for me was when I requested plain ceramic light fixtures in the closet, and was given shoddy, overpriced plastic fixtures, with the excuse being that the ceramic ones weren’t available anywhere. I’m not going to say that I was lied to, but it took me all of a trip to Walmart to find them, and replace them myself. When I presented the contractor with the cheap lights, I got a guilt trip about how he was going to have to eat the cost of them. Pity. Shortly after construction, I had an unrelated plumbing problem and contacted the plumber we used, and Apex demanded a cut before I could get the work done. Said it’s how he keeps his guys “loyal”. I ended up paying an extra $80ish for precisely nothing. So here I am, some 14 months later and still finding little problems cropping up and fixing them at my expense as they do. I’m not happy, but based on previous interactions, I guess ‘happy’ just wasn’t covered in the contract. To be fair, the overall construction is satisfactory I suppose. It looks nice and doesn’t creak in the high wind that we get here. The roof and windows don’t leak and the floors are solid, but on the other hand the walls and floor are cold as **** in winter (work was completed in summer, so who knew), and the pipes and air ducts are poorly (see also: not) insulated, which I didn’t even think was a thing. Hence, the entire section is more or less an icebox after November. Apparently I didn’t know enough to protect myself in this situation. Hindsight being 20/20, I would not use this company again."

"Very satisfied with the work Keith and his crew did. The replacement tub and surround look great. They got the work done quickly which was important because it was our only bathtub/shower in the house. His pricing was upfront and fair. Would highly recommend!"

"We hired Booher to remodel two upstairs bathrooms in our home this summer. The end result looks very nice, and the process went pretty smoothly. We had remodeled our master bath a few years back, NOT with this company, and it was nothing short of a disaster, so we were nervous about tackling another project. This company is very organized and uses several sub-contractors, and needless to say this was a much better experience! The organization makes the project go smoothly, and their experience was apparent. The process took about six months from the very first estimate until the final result. Everything is picked out and ordered ahead of time; the work does not start until everything is ready, to avoid weeklong delays waiting for products to come in or pick the items out. There were a few minor glitches, but those were taken care of without a problem. There are also no surprises - if something is changed from the original you are informed and sign for it, there are no surprise expenses just given at the end. That has not always been the case for us. The employees are nice to work with, and were patient with several novice questions we had. Our project coordinator was great, he kept us informed and kept the project moving. One tip when remodeling is stay on top of the project, read the fine print and check the work everyday to make sure things are getting done the way you want it. Do not assume anything. There is no perfect remodel, but this was a much better experience than the last company and we would hire Booher again. Thank you!"

"Our family highly recommends R. Wright Construction and Remodeling. We found the company on HomeAdvisor. We submitted a request for both interior and exterior work on our house, including wood rot, new trim work, lighting, and roof work. Mr. Wright responded to our request within 24 hours, and came out shortly after to do a walk through. We received a very agreeable quote a few days later and scheduled his company to do the work. The workers were efficient, professional, and highly skilled. We absolutely love the end results!Mr. Wright is a very professional and knowledgeable contractor. He is passionate about his work and cares about doing the job right. We put our trust in his advice and were extremely satisfied with the results. You can put your confidence in him because he stands behind his work! Our family has moved a few times over the last few years. We found it very difficult to find a competent, dedicated, and trustworthy contractor. We will look no further. We look forward to working with him on our future projects. You can't go wrong with R. Wright."

"I hired Rabin Remodeling and Restoration to handle general contracting work for my investment property at 9829 Chambre Dr, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Their team was professional, efficient, and very conscious about pricing throughout the entire project. They were also friendly and easy to work with, which made the process smooth from start to finish. Most importantly, the quality of their work truly added tangible value to my home. I highly recommend Rabin Remodeling and Restoration to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and trustworthy contractors for their property improvement projects."

"Bobby, my Project Manager, coordinated teams for electrical, plumbing, demolition, drywall, tile, flooring, and assembly work. My bathroom remodel was completed with exceptional attention to detail, including updated fixtures, new floor tile, and grab bars. Any concerns I raised were handled quickly and respectfully. The second project involved running electrical wiring to my she-shed and installing new laminated plank flooring in my living and dining rooms. The team found creative solutions that minimized cost and disruption, and the new floors are perfect for my dogs and home office needs. They were professional, punctual, and communicative throughout both projects, consistently providing updates and keeping everything on schedule. I recommend Bobby for any remodeling —his reliability, fair pricing, and workmanship made the entire experience positive."
