"We recently completed a bathroom remodel with Michael (MTC Remodeling), and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, Michael demonstrated incredible integrity and professionalism. He took the time to understand the needs and the vision, providing honest advice on what would work best for the space. Throughout the project, he was transparent about timelines and costs, which really put our mind at ease while we were out of town, he completed the project on budget and earlier than expected! What sets Michael apart is his commitment to follow-up. After the project was completed, he walked us through the work, as well as some additional things done that were not expected, but were needed and appreciated. He checked in to ensure everything was to our satisfaction and promptly addressed a few minor issues. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to their clients even after the job is done. His quality of the work is outstanding, and we appreciate the attention to detail. I highly recommend Michael for any remodeling needs—you’ll be in excellent hands! We look forward to future projects with him."

"Lux Renovations did an excellent job in remodeling my basement. David Guimares, together with Louis Villegas, did a very timely and professional job with installing an Owens Corning basement. They were very easy and courteous to work with and provided key input when needed for HVAC considerations. They worked well with coordinating electrical work and getting required town inspections done in a timely manner. In addition, David provided good suggestions to enhance our finished basement plans prior to starting the work, including how we may be able to reroute some plumbing to enhance our celling height. My wife and I (and are neighbors) are very pleased with the outcome of our finished basement and recommend Lux for remodeling a basement."

"Donnell reinforced our 30 plus year old deck and brought it up to today's code by putting in cement pilings and replacing the support columns. He also added sturdier support beams. In addition he put in a paver patio to replace the gravelled area at the base of the steps."

"The work that Room For Improvement, LLC did on my total bathroom remodel was outstanding, professional, timely and all around a bunch of good guys to work with."
