"The owner of this company went above and beyond to build the most beautiful porch in the entire area. I had a new wrap around porch in 4 days at a price I could afford. I recommend this company highly."

"Thomas is very straight forward about everything especially with his bid. He tries very hard to accommodate what we wanted to do with our project and gave some great options on how we could complete it according to our vision. Sometimes he was a touch slow with returning phone calls or responding to text messages but overall, he and his crew did a great job for a great price!"

"Coler and Co Restoration and Construction did a great job on the construction work. The updated stair railing and trim look clean, and the exterior work around the window and HVAC equipment gives the home a more finished appearance. I’m happy with how the project turned out and would recommend them."

"While I have not hired them, I put the addition on hold until next Spring I will hire these people at that time."

"Totally impressed with this company from beginning to end talking with Andrew, office staff to installers Dave,Jeff and James. Everyone was extremely professional. The 3 installers were just as nice as could be and their work was perfection. So far so good. Thanks so much.. We absolutely love our screen room."

"Has not been installed yet so we shall see"

"He's been so easy to work with. We have hired Eugene and his company to remodel four of our houses. Eugene worked hard to make sure we got a good return on our money. He was very conscience of our budget and did everything he could to make sure we stayed within the budget."

"We could not recommend James and Precision Carpentry strongly enough. He asked all the right questions and truly listened to our answers. His bid was more than fair and he quickly adapted as we kept changing our mind about finishes, added requests and final details. He did great at communicating via both phone and text messaging and was always available to answer questions and concerns. His final pricing came perfectly in line with the bid. Long story short - I have recommended him to others looking for a remodeler and fully expect to use him again on future work in our home, 5 stars."

"Edwin and his crew did a fantastic job. From start to finish they were attentive, making sure we were happy with the choice of shingles and paying great attention to detail. They even cleaned our drive and trimmed our bushes (which had got dried out during the job). I highly recommend O Franco"

"True professionals that went above and beyond. Project turned out great!"
