"We did the demo on our old two-tiered decking. Betterliving built a new upper deck from composite with aluminum railing. The lower deck was replaced with as 12X15 sunroom. The process from start to finish was a pleasure. All employees were friendly, knowledgeable, skilled, and prompt. Price was better than anticipated, so we went with a 4-season sunroom instead of a 3-season. The worksite was safe, clean and orderly, and the quality of the build was excellent. They worked through some miserable cold weather too. Deck – Betterliving’s construction quality was a major improvement to what we previously had. Their suggestion to use two colors on the railing worked out great too - spindles are a different color that the rest of the railing. Sunroom - also very solid construction. It is insulated well, and also helps even out the temps in the family room it is attached to. The gable style not only looks nice, but makes the sun room look bigger. They built a small landing off of the sunroom entryway too. It is important to note that they installed the flooring and contracted the electrical. Flooring and electrical work were included as part of our quote with them. Not all of our quotes from other businesses included flooring and electrical work, and would have been an additional cost. Having everything included in the quote also meant we had one project, not several projects. Deck/sunroom/landing materials – decking and landing materials were the same composite materials. The sunroom skirting was also the same composite. This ties everything together visually, and improves the overall look. Electrical work – Knorr Electric completed all the electrical in the sunroom (interior and exterior outlets, exterior floodlight, and hung a ceiling fan). They also replaced all of our outside lighting on the entire house while they were here, and moved a bathroom light inside. They were also friendly, knowledgeable, skilled, and prompt. And quality work from them too. We will definitely contact Betterliving and Knorr again for any additional work we want done. They are highly recommended! Note that Betterliving in the Erie, PA area is connected to DBC Remodeling and Construction (same employees). DBC came highly recommended to us from a friend."

"John and crew did a fantastic job on a total gutting and remodel of our upstairs guest bathroom. 5 huge plusses - 1. many years of experience - they clearly knew what they were doing and did it well; 2. always showed up when they said they would; 3. John and crew stayed on the job until it was done - consecutive work days (a super big deal for us!);- 4. totally cleaned up at the end of each day; and 5. no surprises - clear billing and stayed within budget. The kitchen overhaul in next!"

"I have hired EM Painting and Remodeling for many different projects big and small, and I could not be happier with my experience. Elis and his crew show up when they're supposed to, work hard, do great quality work, and their prices are very reasonable. I recommend him to all of my friends and family members whenever they need painting, drywall, carpentry, flooring, cabinet, or tile work done, and they've all had good experiences. Good contractors are hard to find, and he is definitely one of the good ones!"

"Looks great! Braden had custom cabinets made and stained to match our existing cabinets. The installation took only took one day. Braden was very easy to work with and would hire again."

"The handyman process went very well! Chris was able to identify the issue and was able to fix it whilst going the extra mile to make sure that it was done right. I would highly recommend this person for pretty much any home repair project you can think of!"

"Drywall & flooring were installed! It takes a special construction company to not only provide quality work but to keep in contact with the clients and recognize that timeliness, clean-up, conversation, and comprehension are all a very important part of the package. I am extremely happy with MST contracting and having been a 'do-it-yourselfer' for the past 40 years I am very particular in whom I hire for projects and their knowledge of it. The MST contractors are respectful, patient, knowledgeable, and show the customers that their schedule is also important with getting the job done. There were no surprises with the estimate, the pricing is reasonable, and the workmanship is exemplary! In addition I believe MST CONTRACTORS care about their relationship with the client! There are some general contractors that are vague, or rude, or don't care if the client is waiting an extra 3 or 4 hours for them to show up for work, or those who charge extra for delivery of materials, or even estimates --this company does not "do" those things that customers find annoying. I could not be more pleased! I highly recommend! Lori "Z" (p.s. I'll add photos later)"

"So glad we did this remodel! The bathroom looks fresh, updated, and exactly what we wanted. The team at Five Star really took care of us."

"Arrived on time. Worked as needed and cleaned up after the work. Was friendly to interact and kept me informed about the work. Will hire if additional work is to be done."

"Ohio Top Construction and Remodeling did an amazing job on my bathroom remodel. From start to finish, the crew was professional, clean, and super detail-oriented. They communicated every step of the way, finished the job on time, and the results honestly exceeded my expectations. The tile work was flawless, the fixtures were installed perfectly, and the whole space now feels like a luxury hotel bathroom. They respected my home, kept the work area tidy, and made sure everything was done right?not rushed. It?s hard to find contractors who take real pride in their work these days, but these guys definitely do. If you?re thinking about remodeling, I?d 100% recommend Ohio Top Construction. Solid team, fair pricing, and beautiful results."
