In addition, David provided good suggestions to enhance our finished basement plans prior to starting the work, including how we may be able to reroute some plumbing to enhance our celling height. I asked them to come back out a week after installation because heavy rain again flooded my basement. JES figured out what was causing the problem and completely reworked the system and eliminated the flooding. There was no additional charge at all; they stood by their work and were not satisfied until I was satisfied! I highly recommend them."
