Matt was very detailed and checked in on everything to make sure we were getting what we wanted. In the end he asked us to make a list of anything that needed to be addressed and there was absolutely nothing to mention. They did a perfect job, the quality of the work is amazing, and the entire team was very nice, professional, and trustworthy! "We are delighted with the work Total Home Solution performed on our house.  They installed an in-law suite in our basement, complete with bathroom, full kitchen, bedroom, office, and remodeled laundry area.  When meeting with contractors for estimates, Tom seemed the most clued in to the needs of older adults, and even made points I had never thought of despite my being a nurse.  He was very careful to keep everything within the original budgeted estimate as much as possible, which allowed us to expand the project as we went along in the process.  We chose to do the painting ourselves to save money, and they left us with extra spackle, a sander, and paint fan, even though they didn't have to.
I also have to extend my thanks to the lead on the project, Chris.  I could hear them working from upstairs, and one of the subcontractors was a little, shall we say, salty.  Chris remained totally professional, and got all the workers to come together to get the job done right.  Lastly, but most important of all, was his humanity and kindness.  My father passed away unexpectedly the week before construction was to begin, and the funeral was out of town.  As part of our contract, we were supposed to have all furniture and personal belongings removed from the construction area prior to work beginning.  We got home after midnight the night before, and Chris and his team arrived at 7am.  We had not moved any items, and even though we broke the terms of the contract, Chris stepped up and moved everything himself.  He was so kind, and did everything he could so we would not have to worry about anything during a difficult time.  He was also very responsive throughout the project, and even immediately answered emails I sent 9:30 at night the day after he got married!  
We had such a wonderful experience I would highly recommend Tom and Chris to anyone looking to do work on their home, and will call on them for any future home renovation needs.
*Note: I did give them a "B" for responsiveness because they were a little slow in the beginning, but as per other reviews, they had some people out and were running short staffed in November/December.  We chose to begin the project after the New Year and it was smooth sailing after that.

"BelMax did several projects for me including two major projects; (1) remodeling a basement bathroom with the addition of a shower and adding a second-floor addition to the house which became a walk-in closet. BelMax worked with an architect to get a solid design, pulled the permits, completed the work, and got the work approved. I am very pleased with the quality of their work. Throughout the job, the crew wore masks and shoe coverings when they worked inside, which I appreciated. They were also very clear about what was budgeted for each minor project so that later when we changed some of the requirements, we were able to work together to figure out the change in cost. Please note that some of the changes in scope were required. For example, after prior to the work stating, the architect said that we had to add another bedroom window to the house to meet city code. I recommend them and would consider them for work at my house in the future."

He is an organized contractor who gets the job done right. After our unfortunate experiences with several sub-par contractors, I didn't think contractors like Paul Kelly still existed. We could not have been more pleased with Paul's outstanding ability to manage all aspects of this complex project, his exceptional workmanship, and his open, clear, and direct communication. He is a contractor who actually picks up his phone or promptly responds to texts or phone calls. We received daily updates at the end of each day to tell us what happened that day, and what was ahead in the next few days and weeks. He completed the job on time and on budget. It's a great feeling to know that if you drive by your house when Paul Kelly is your contractor, you can be assured that you will see trucks at your house. When I would come by at the end of the day, I could not believe how much they accomplished. In addition, his entire crew (Jim in particular) takes care of your house to ensure that the job site is tidy each day and it is was left in immaculate condition at the end of the project. Furthermore, Paul took care of the little annoying details like switching the doors on my washer and dryer without me even asking. But what I am most appreciative of is Paul's integrity and character. He is an honest man who takes pride in his work and he will do it right because that is the kind of man he is. He took care of us like we were his family. You don't get that kind of treatment these days. I look forward to having him return in the future to do other projects in our home."

Having to take windows up and down 2 flights of winding stairs was nothing short of amazing! I can't begin to say how pleased we are with the final product and Inspired's team.
