"I highly recommend Ultimate Craftsman Home Repair and Remodeling. Mike Belvin and his team are very knowledgeable and professional. We finally discovered the reason we were getting strange cracks in our drywall in the main part of our house was due to truss damage caused by failure of the gang plates at the bottom of our roof trusses. As we are in the most active part of hurricane season, we were very anxious to have the repairs completed quickly. At the time, Hurricane Irma was a category 5 storm in the Carribean, and nobody knew where it would go next. Ultimate Craftsman came in quickly and got the 11 damaged trusses repaired just before the hurricane hit the Florida Keys. Lucky for us, we didn't get affected by that storm, and now we won't have to worry about our roof failing when we get the next one. The trusses were repaired, the ceiling drywall repaired and the ceiling and walls repainted. Everything looks brand new. Overall, they did an EXCELLENT job, on-time and as estimated. I hope to use them again for future remodeling projects"

"What a great experience it was contracting West Shore Home to remodel our bathroom. Starting with the face of the company, Thomas Houlahan and Brian Keeler; to the work team, Mike, Tye and Kennedy; all the way up to the General Manager, Chad George, what an awesome professional team. Additionally, the work team was phenomenal. This awesome team led by Mike; with Tye and Kennedy assisting; not only installed our low entry shower, they completed the job in less than six hours. That's right. They began promptly at 8a.m., removing the bathtub, then reconstructing and insulating the walls. By 2p.m., they were not only finished, they cleaned up everything inside and outside leaving no mess for us to worry about. I was able to peek in and watch the entire process from beginning to end. Such a professional team. We absolutely love the new shower they installed. It's a beautiful sight to see. I would recommend West Shore Home for any home improvement jobs. "the finished cabinets do look good but on his last day, he said he had completed the job. however, the next day, i realized he had not placed trim on all the edges. it took months for them to come back and complete the job. also, for the glass inset cabinets, they are not held in place by the correct size brackets so they "wiggle" and are not sturdy. in addition, he didn't use a long enough screw to hold one of the doors in place and it fell off within 3 months"
