I had to wait an additional month for them to finish the porch. If they had someone in receiving checking the contents of the boxes, not just the quantity of boxes they could have caught the error early. As it was I had to wait an additional month and they had to send a crew to our house twice. The porch looks great and I am happy with the job, but not the process."

He was at my home every day at the time he said he would be and worked through the day and kept us abreast of his progress and what he would be doing the next day. He removed the shelving systems in the closets and replaced them when he was done, moved all the heavy appliances and furniture and really, once he left, we were left with a beautiful home and no signs he was ever there.
