"After several long years of designing and permitting our home remodel during the pandemic, we were searching for a good contractor to build out our remodel and second story addition. Avi and David were wonderful; very thorough in explaining the process, answering all of our questions, and settling on a price that was reasonable and within our budget. "I had four different contractors come to my house to give me a fee for a kitchen remodel at my home in Calabasas California. I had a budget in mind that was pretty specific, all three contractors told me there was no way possible that they could remodel my kitchen at that price. Then I had IND construction come out, they were so friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel like I wasn’t acting crazy because of the budget that I set. "It went really well! Gino Henn, the general contractor, is a man of his word! He sincerely wants the job done as if it was his own home. The men he has working on each part of the project show up consistently, they prepare the house to keep it as tidy as possible through the process, they are nice and respectful to work with and so good at what they do! I was very impressed with Gino‘s ability to connect with someone to do a specific job and be here as soon as I had a need. We had to move some air conditioning ducting in addition to the remodel. The patching and painting was so good that you can’t tell it happened! I love my new kitchen and bathroom, thanks to Gino and his amazing crew!"
