One man did most of the work.  They were careful not to damage anything or make the house dirty.  They started on time and finished on the 4th day just as they had said they would.  They offer high quality products (Toto toilet, forinstance) but do not have a large selection of them.  Suits me just fine.  It cost twice as much as I originally expected, but I checked on the prices of toilets, shower bases, vanities, etc.  They were reasonable for the high end products.  Every one I asked about bathroom remodels said "about $10,000" is what it costs, so I guess I was just behind the times in my initial price expectations.  Getting it done in 4 days was great.  They have a streamlined system for bathroom remodelling and it works. I will use them again.

"I hung 80 4x8 sheets of drywall myself, so my project was to mud/tape/texture the areas. 700sf addition 2 car garage around 3 windows inside the existing house. LPZ gave me a phone quote the day I put in the request. They started within a week and finished on the day promised. I got 3 quotes LPZ was in middle. Picked them based on price and schedule. Quote process was very informal, never got a paper or electronic copy which made me a little nervous something might change but Ivan the honored the price he quoted.
