"The remodeling of the bathroom was done as planned; materials used and the work done by Brandon, Alejandro, and Joel were of top quality."

"An outstanding group of professionals, responsive, great listeners, and with a passion for excellence. As Dave, the owner, has told me more than once, "we're not cheap," and he's right, but having used another landscaper in the past with mediocre results, there's no question but that All Terrain consistently exceeds all expectations. I can't say enough good about the leadership team, Glen, Chris, and Gil. Hampered as are most landscapers in the area by the difficulty in finding quality help, they nonetheless dedicated three teams to completely transform our large backyard. They stripped everything out (and when I mentioned to Chris that I wanted to save a half dozen cacti, he immediately agreed and transplanted them to an area outside the fence. Then Gil and his band of magicians came in, sculpting the yard, putting in bricks in two circular areas outside the covered patio (they even brought in a surveyor to make sure it was built to have water run off into the desert behind us!), adding paving stones from the patio to the circular areas, and then adding incredible plants and boulders while rebuilding our irrigation system for the new plants. Somehow, Gil and his team finished in three days but never lost their attention to detail. When adding the paving stones, his worker continually used a level to make sure the stones were even with the patio and the brick circular area. When Gil replanted the cacti, he found the most wonderful areas for them. I had a number of aloes in pots, and they transplanted them into an aloe bed they'd designed under the picture window. No question, no extra cost. I could go on for ever. My wife and I are completely thrilled with the results; there's is ugly money you pour into a house and then there's good money. This was money well spent. The are absolutely our go-to company for landscaping."

"We had two bathrooms that had water damage.  The downstairs bathroom ceiling was falling down.  There was wood paneling on the walls that needed to be repaired.  We thought the upstairs bathroom was in better condition but it was not.  We were fortunate the tub had not fallen through onto the downstairs bathroom.  They had to replace the sub flooring in the upstairs and gutted both bathrooms completely.  We have all new toilet, shower, vanity fixtures and flooring.  The only thing we have to do is paint the rooms.
They were very helpful explaining what they were doing and making any reasonable changes we requested.

"The quote was high and we decided not to proceed with the project. It took them an awful long time to get around to make the estimate. They could have gotten out here faster."

"Shepherd Contracting goes above and beyond- Thomas and his team were polite, efficient, and did outstanding work on a home remodel for a design client. My client and I were thrilled with the quality and attention to detail. An added bonus-they finished on time and within the budget!"

"From the planning of the project to the installation, the process was easy! Adam did an amazing job of keeping in contact through the whole process. Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I highly recommend Adam and Better Living Sunrooms to all my friends and family."

"Remodeled the kitchen, many extras around the house in baths, garage, laundry room"

"If you’re lonely, call for your free estimate and then decline their offer. You will receive the most obnoxiously persistent marketing calls for at least a year. During these calls you can tell them you aren’t interested for whatever reason and you will be rewarded with even more attention. I declined a year ago, have asked politely over 6 times to not be contacted. Today’s caller was greeted with profanity. ENOUGH!"

"Review by Lorraine Desert Showers and Remodeling has been so easy to work with. From setting the appointment through the design process! Everyone from office staff through the design process has been very knowledgeable and friendly without the high pressure you expect when you have a company out to your home. Looking forward to working with the installers and getting our dream shower built! Thank you Desert Showers and Remodeling!"

"Small project caused by water damage from a roof leak. LPZ Drywall did an excellent job repairing the ceiling."
