"Ari promised us to complete our project (which included kitchen, guest bath, master bath, laundry room and deck) in 6 weeks. They were done early and we're very pleased with the results. The crew was here almost every day, working on the project. We had a major water issue that soaked the carpet in the master bedroom and Ari was quick to assure us they would replace the flooring in the bedroom. Any issues they encountered were taken care of with no additional cost over what we were quoted up front. Cabinets and countertops are GORGEOUS! Very, very pleased with the custom pantry they had built for my kitchen! Our only negative was the language issue as most of the crew didn't speak English. But we were able to communicate well enough to accomplish what was needed. We would use Finecraft again if we do any further remodeling. Pictures attached."

"This is my second update of my review. They remodeled two of our bathrooms (complete remodel). The final result is nice, but the path getting there was not smooth, with some rework. If I were going to do it all over, I might have picked them to do the shower and tub/shower and another contractor for the rest of the work. If you do have them do a full remodel, pay attention to details and stand firm, they will eventually make it right."

"Integris did 2 projects for me. They replaced our damaged roof and installed an RV cover. James worked closely with our insurance company after a bad hail storm and made sure we got everything that was damaged covered. Installation went exactly as promised without any delays or issues. James also found us a very reasonable supplier for a large RV cover and worked closely with the installers to be sure it was done the way we wanted it. "Troy and the entire installation team were excellent! Arrived on time and started working immediately. Communication was very good and their work ethic was outstanding! They made sure our furniture was moved safely - tarps were placed from door to door to protect our floors - they made a special effort to keep the wife informed and allowed her to place the various components (grab bars, compartments, etc) so there would be no angst at the end. Cleaned up their work areas (inside and out) and hauled away old tub and panels) - made sure both of us understood the mechanics of the equipment and allowed me one extra day before signing off on the project for some antagonistic testing. I feel this team demonstrated everything that the salesman promised and more which is rarely the case. Well done gentleman!"
