"Outstanding! Josh and his professional crew built a 12x22 deck on a sloping back yard. The deck turned out better than expected. On the fly Josh had an idea to improve the look, he consulted with me and I agreed. Josh has a great vision of what the customer is looking for and is very meticulous in bringing that vision to reality. I would highly recommend Total Revision, and I will use them again for future projects. Great job guys! Brian"

"I am at loss for words to express my to Mr. Freeman (Kurt) and his team (McKenzie and Carlos) for a job well They corrected a problem with a sagging soffit without having to replace it, saving me money. In addition, they took on the task of correcting an existing project that someone else had started and never completed, the correct assembly of a wall mounted gazebo. Kurt's knowledge, experience, and problem solving abilities led the way for completing both tasks quickly, correctly and cost effectively. I highly recommend FreemanMade for your home improvement projects."

"It went very well. Samuel responded promptly to call as he appeared ready to take the job on asap. This was after he found loose screws that apparently were not long enough to remain attached to the wood below the metal roof. Screws in many instances would just spin in the hole and would not attach and secure. This was a previous job by Malone Roofing who was paid to remove every screw and replace with new screws with grommet seal and silicone caulk where needed. Video evidence showed this findings. He finished the job completely by 3 days, which means a lot when rains are taking place. GAF coating x 2 coats was done completely sealing the roof. 5 year warranty for the roof and 10 years warranty on the GAF coating, which was used on the Super Dome in New Orleans. Other roofers just wanted to replace the roof, not repair the roof which is metal and is still in good shape."

"Following 2018s Hurricane Michael, Florida Intracoastal Builders restored a bedroom, part of a lg. porch and replaced the roof including repairing trusses. The work was Excellent and finished with good timing. The inspector was impressed and I was very pleased. Following Jan. 2024s tornado, I contracted with them a 2nd time for more extensive work. The AMAZING team rebuilt the garage including trusses, Master Bdrm., 3 closets and 2 bathrooms and more. They replaced electricals, plumbing, flooring, A/C unit, HWH, well house extension and water softening equipment. Also, windows, updated hardiplank siding, multiple doors, insulation, the roof, gutters, painted (inside and outside) and provided extras I requested.....ALL WITH EXCELLENT QUALITY. The team worked consistently until complete. They kept the property, inside and outside, clean and free of nails and clutter. I am 100 % Satisfied. Each inspection passed with praise. They receive my highest recommendation. M.K H."

"Working with this team on both a boat dock inside the home project, I found them extremely professional from the office staff/ workers project leader. They took all the time I needed to fully explain my ideas and then they made several additional recommendations (not in a pushy way) to consider to help ensure the final project was all that I expected. As the project progressed I always felt I was being updated and fully understanding each step. In many projects, unexpected issues sometimes arise but Richard took the time to explain them and let me so I could make any changes I felt were needed or could wait until another project. In the end, everything was far beyond my expectations and within budget. I fully plan to use them again have highly recommended them to all my friends and to you this review reader also."

"Richard did a fantastic job! I had an idea of what I wanted and he took it the extra mile with what he invisioned. He worked within my budget and when I would ask for more work, he was honest on how much and didn't just do it and charge more and when I asked him for his professional advice, his answer was not to tack on more money but what would make the project look great which is exactly what he did ( and believe me I would've kept adding to the project). He did what he said he would do which can be hard to find. I would highly recommend Remillards Skilled Builders."
