"Better than I could have imagined! In January 2023, I decided to open up my living/dining room area by doing a remodel in Seaford DE. This consisted of removing two walls to open up the space. After receiving a couple of quotes, I selected Callaway Corp as the price was incredibly reasonable and their designer/project coordinator, Katherine, helped me envision what it could look like (including paint colors, flooring, lighting, electrical, and more). What used to be a dark and dingy area is now bright and cheerful and my guests no longer walk into a “tube” from the front door. It is completely open and I have so much more room. During the process, the crews discovered some foundation issues and some water damage, of which was expertly fixed. The entire project was complete on time and on budget. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a home remodel. Callaway is an honest and experienced construction company and I am already planning my phase 2 renovations with them."

"This was not a small project. The team did a complete remodel of my master bath, a partial remodel of my guest bath as well as replacing tile in my kitchen and foyer. Dustin is very easy to work with. I needed someone I could trust when it came to the design of the master bath. Dustin helped me turn my vague concepts into very concrete ideas. "If you, or someone you know is in need of construction, Iâ m highly recommend General Contractor, Charles Weyer owner of CMI Construction Group. Long story shortâ ¦..My husband was in search for a construction company to help remodel part of our kitchen. He called about 3 or 4 companies, left voice messages, but no one ever returned our calls. Very frustrating. However, by the Grace of the Lord, upon returning to our vehicle at Home Depot lot, we noticed a business card left on our vehicle that said CMI Construction. I said to my husband, what were the chances!!! It felt like a mini Christmas miracle! My husband called, and about an hour later, Charles of CMI Construction returned his call!! Charles came the same day to look over the project. He started the next day. To shorten this post, Iâ m condensing Charles Weyer work traits. He was here 8 hours, and this is what I observed⠦⠦.Charles attention to detail is awesome, Work ethics are outstanding, very professional, Returns calls, takes pride in his work, Polite, offers suggestions, arrives on time, hard worker, cleaned up his workspace very well. At the end of the job, I heard Charles ask my husband if he was happy with his work. Then proceeded to say, if you are not happy with the outcome of my work, my job is not finished, I want you to be happy. My husband, and I are extremely happy with his workmanship, and that is saying a lot as my husband is very picky. He is new to the area, and looking to build clientele. "My wife and I can't say enough about Coastal Bath. From day one with our free estimate, with no pressure and a guaranteed price. Once we decided to have Coastal Bath do our shower remodel, we were happy with the professionalism of everyone involved. We were kept appraised of the progress of our project and the arrival of our products. An install date was arranged. On the install date, the crew arrived right on time. Our installation was a 2 day event, which we were made aware of from the beginning. The team who did our shower, Josh, Robert and JK were incredible. They were efficient, friendly, and clean. They respected our home and our time. When they finished each day, they cleaned up after themselves and replace any furniture that was moved. When the project was completed, we were showed ow to use the shower, and when it would be safe to use the shower and the proper materials to use for cleaning the shower. We LOVE our new shower and everyone we showed it to love it as well"
