"We were pleased with Steve's suggestions for the bathroom and his rapid response to our need to get our kitchen finished after a previous contractor had left the job incomplete. The workman whom Steve brought to our home was polite and punctual and very competent. Steve's supervision was reassuring. The workplace was left tidy after every phase Steve was very outgoing and solicitous from the start. He responds to phone messages so you know he cares about your concerns. He is a genuine person who inspires confidence and gives options for how to approach a project so you feel you have control of costs. The final costs were explained upfront and he did not add any additional charges. We look forward to working with Steve Masterson again and have recommended him to neighbors."

"Lidio and his coworker were both amazing. They took their time to make sure the job was done correctly and everything worked accordingly. Lidio did an excellent job explaining how the equipment works and also cleaned up afterwards. I will highly recommend then and I will definitely hire then again."

"Working with this team on both a boat dock inside the home project, I found them extremely professional from the office staff/ workers project leader. They took all the time I needed to fully explain my ideas and then they made several additional recommendations (not in a pushy way) to consider to help ensure the final project was all that I expected. As the project progressed I always felt I was being updated and fully understanding each step. In many projects, unexpected issues sometimes arise but Richard took the time to explain them and let me so I could make any changes I felt were needed or could wait until another project. In the end, everything was far beyond my expectations and within budget. I fully plan to use them again have highly recommended them to all my friends and to you this review reader also."

"Roger and his crew worked very diligently. Cannot even tell the items were removed as the restoration of walls and ceiling were done perfectly. Have hired him again to do more work!!

"I recently worked with Ariel from Full Service and he helped us remodel my entire house over the course of nearly a year. I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of work and level of professionalism he demonstrated throughout the project. When learning for a contractor, we looked over what felt like hundreds of reviews and options, and narrowed down our search to around 5 general contractors. Ariel was the only contractor who really sat down with us to understand our vision and goals for our home renovation. Ariel was also the only person who let us come to two different projects he was working on, and speak to the home owners directly! One of the key strengths of Ariel was his exceptional problem-solving ability. No matter what challenges arose during the remodel, he was always able to quickly identify issues and come up with creative solutions that were both effective and efficient. His ability to think creatively and make sure we were happy with whatever the solution was, was truly impressive, appreciative and helped keep the project on track. Another standout quality of Ariel was his critical thinking skills. He was able to evaluate various options and make informed decisions that were in my best interest. I appreciated his ability to consider multiple perspectives and weigh the pros and cons of each decision, which helped ensure that the remodel was completed on time and within budget. Furthermore, Ariel's knowledge and expertise in design was an invaluable resource throughout the project. He was able to provide expert guidance on everything from the layout of the space to the selection of materials and finishes. His insights and suggestions helped me create a cohesive and stylish look throughout my newly remodeled home that I am absolutely thrilled with. In addition to his problem-solving ability, critical thinking skills, and design expertise, Ariel was also highly reliable and communicative. He kept me informed about the progress of the project at all times and was always available to answer any questions I had. His professionalism and dedication to the project made the entire process much smoother and stress-free for me. Overall, I would highly recommend Ariel to anyone looking for a skilled and reliable contractor for their home renovation project. His ability to problem-solve, think critically, and help with design make him an exceptional asset to any construction project. I could not be happier with the work he did on my home and would not hesitate to work with him again in the future."
