"This is one of my first reviews but I felt that elevate builders crew deserved to be praised for their outstanding work. I had elevate builders first replace an old, outdated French door in the master bedroom with a sliding glass door. They then worked with us to remodel the master bathroom. The old bathroom was outdated and the shower was very dreary and small. I had a vision of how I would like the new shower to look and they exceeded my expectations. They also replaced the old tile countertop with a new quartz one and they added an additional outlet, as per my request. I was so satisfied with their work that I also had them replace the front bathroom tile countertop with quartz as well. Jonny and his crew were very easy to work with, were punctual, stayed on schedule and on task, and Mario stayed in contact the entire way through. Any other work we decide we need completed, MGM will be who we call."

"Our home, which was built in the early '70's, needed repairs and a remodel. We reached out to several contractors to obtain bids. Leon of YM Construction gave us a reasonable bid and timeline based on our plans. He gave us a detailed estimate for the list of work we wanted done in the house, answered all our questions in a way we understood and provided available options. Bids from other companies were much higher and some tried to get us to hire them quickly while asking for half of the money upfront. Leon was patient, absolutely no pressure and gave great guidance. We felt very comfortable that he was the right choice for us. Our home remodel went fairly smoothly, was completed on time and relatively on budget. We trusted Leon and his crew throughout the construction process and we are so very happy with the result. He communicated constantly with status updates and if there were any issues. "I hired them to replace a old concrete driveway. The old driveway was not installed properly with a base and control joints so it had numerous cracks throughout. They installed the proper base course, compacted, and installed rebar, with dowels into the existing car port concrete pad. I am happy with the new concrete driveway."

"Ryan and his crew are total professionals. Skilled in every aspect of what was needed to complete a full renovation of our home. From the beginning to the end, Ryan was great at listening to my vision and any concerns along the way and responded in a timely and efficient fashion. He stayed within budget and kept me informed of progress every step of the way. He completed the full renovation (demolition down to the load bearing walls, new plumbing, electrical, framing, drywall, insulation, ceiling, roof, gutters, redone original wood floors, basically everything) in exactly the time he said it would take - 2 1/2 months to the day. Ryan knows his craft like an expert and not only oversees and organizes the work but also gets his hands dirty actually doing the work. He recently built us a deck in the back yard which we love. I would highly recommend Ryan and crew for any small or large house project. He also is just such a nice person which makes him so easy to work with."

"Great project outcome. George and his team went beyond the scope of the project to make it right. Despite material delays George kept constant communication with me. Once the product was delivered and installed, George and his stayed in touch with me. When adjustments need to be done, George coordinated his work crew to schedule more work that needed to be done. Making corrections to earlier installation short comings was taken cared of quickly with no additional cost. Work crew supervisor took my input and advise on certain finishing processes for the installation of this golf green. This was not an easy job, And CoastLine did a great job."
