Having now worked with Raul, I would hire him again in a heartbeat. His labor costs are very reasonable. He demonstrated excellent work ethics. Once the job started, he worked to finish it. There were a few hiccups beyond our control that caused delays and while I freaked out some, he remained calm, flexible, and focused on solutions that kept the work flowing. As the work did progress, I asked for additional upgrades that were not part of the original job estimate. To which he seamlessly agreed to. He also offered a few suggestions which I agreed to and I'm so glad I did. The quality of work is excellent. He was helpful throughout the entire process. "Rick, Luis and the whole team are amazing! My husband and I refinanced our house so we could remodel our *very* outdated bathroom (original from when it was built in the 1980s). They came out and gave a quick appraisal/quote, which we were happy with, and were ready to work right away! One bit of advice, be ready to get the work started! My husband and I were a mix of being slow in picking our new fixtures and stores not having what we wanted in stock. We definitely had to get our butts in gear! They removed a wall, completely removed and replaced the cabinets, installed all appliances and replaced the floors throughout the first floor. The work was done professionally and quickly. In addition to the kitchen renovation, they also installed custom, built in shelves and floor to ceiling stacked stone around our fireplace.
