"I selected Mark Besnos and Horizon for an extensive interior remodel of my home. The project included removing a soffit ceiling in about half the house, installing a new support beam to eliminate a post, wainscoting in the living and dining room, hardwood flooring in the renovated areas (except the bathrooms), two new windows, and a new fireplace mantel. Mark has excellent taste. He was great at accommodating his visits to my work schedule. A project of this magnitude is bound to encounter some challenges, and Mark was good at explaining them and presenting options. The trades who worked on my home were top notch. "First off my estimate was the best part for a homeowner, Jason took the time to explain every part needed and what it does. Very impressed with the estimate explaining each piece going in. Then he had to deal with my co-op and homeowners association. He had to do extra plans and application forms for my HOA. I absolutely love my new system, I got a mini split with 4 floor handlers, one in each room with remote. Cools my 2 bedroom home in 10 minutes and keeps it that way. The installation crew was 4 or 5 guys and was super fast, had it all done in one day. The next crew comes in and fills holes and paints. Then the city inspection. Then Jason will give me the full tour on how everything works, very impressive. If you re thinking of getting AC or Heating this is the company to go with, hands down.
