"Shawn was very prompt and helpful with the estimate process; he saved me money by avoiding unnecessary work. He really understood my budget and needs. My project was probably relatively small for Golden Hammer, but I still felt valued. General contracting has so much going on and so many things to consider, but things still went about as smoothly as possible. There were a couple little hiccups, but Golden Hammer was committed to being 100% satisfied with the final product. I have a very sharp eye, and Shawn does too -- at one point he had some flooring re-done which he wasn't satisfied with. I worked primarily with Brandon who was very good to work with, and all the workers were great. The tile and cabinet guys were terrific. Golden Hammer has a great network of workers, and nearly a year after the project, everything still looks brand new. My kitchen and bathroom look great, and I'd hire them again for any major remodel project!"

They took all the time I needed to fully explain my ideas and then they made several additional recommendations (not in a pushy way) to consider to help ensure the final project was all that I expected. In many projects, unexpected issues sometimes arise but Richard took the time to explain them and let me so I could make any changes I felt were needed or could wait until another project. "We built our home some 40 years ago. We had All In Builders Construction Corporation come in and renovate two separate buildings. In an old work space above a 3-car garage they installed an apartment including a living room, bed room, kitchen, bath room and closet. In the second building they renovated two rooms into living areas. In both buildings, the results were essentially PERFECT, beautiful in every detail from the stucco and painting, the trim work, door installations, addition of a split AC system, wiring, and plumbing. The workers were actually craftsmen and gentlemen. My wife and I have been around construction all of our lives and have witnessed the horrors of fighting builders and their subs. We recommend All In Builders Construction Corporation completely without any reservations. I’m happy to talk with anyone about their work and how comfortable and pleasant it to work with them. They brought the entire project in for an amount we considered reasonable."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"The project was completed on 3/8/17 after the last inspection passed without any problems. Although there were a few delays, none were unexpected as Dan kept us informed at each step. One thing that was remarkable for me was that the crew kept the area clean at the end of each day. Tom (the other partner and site supervisor) demanded this of the crew. They checked in with us each day upon arrival and answered questions willingly. Dan brought samples of shingles for the roof and he had us go with him to pick out tile and marble. They matched our interior paint (the cut a door into out existing space) perfectly. Our bathrooms lost the windows but the solar tubes brought in much light. Tom installed shelves where the bathroom windows had been. The handicap rollin shower was à we envisioned and the marble shower matched the sink. There was one mistake one the new walkway but they fixed it immediately and it looked great with the ne front patio. Dan was easy to work with and responsive to communication."
