"Misael was excellent! He always showed up on time, was neat and clean and organized and got all the work done on time. The quality of the work was excellent as well. So he did a complete gut and remodel of the second floor of my house, which included a full bathroom and tub/shower, 3 bedrooms and an office. Paint, stain, new floors, new ceilings and drywall were only a handful of the things he did. Everything came out splendid. I have 4 cats and he was very accommodating as well. I’d 100% recommend him for other jobs and would 100% hire him to come back and do other jobs on my house!"

"Adding space to our home felt overwhelming at first. This was not just cosmetic work?it involved structural changes, inspections, and multiple stages of construction. We needed a team we could truly trust. BMR BelMax Remodeling handled everything with professionalism and steady communication. Even during the more complex phases, we felt informed and confident that things were moving in the right direction. The finished addition blends perfectly with the existing house?it does not feel like something that was ?added on.? It feels natural, like it has always been part of our home. The extra space has completely changed how we live day to day, and we?re grateful for the care and effort they put into making it happen."

"Summary: Tony Martin runs a top-notch company. Clean. Respectful. Detailed. Punctual. Clear and prompt communication. Excellent finished result. The details:Just a few hours before I had to leave on a flight out of the country, I discovered that my water heater was leaking when water was coming up through the seams of my laminate flooring. I only had time to turn off the main water shut off valve and the circuit breaker before heading off to the airport. Once I reached my destination, I did some research on Angie’s List hoping to find a good one-stop-shop company who could take care of both the mold/water remediation and the reconstruction… I was lucky to have found AW Martin who exceeded my expectations. I contacted AW Martin after hours and reached an answering service. Tony Martin returned our call within minutes. He was patient and answered all of my questions. He explained that he would deal directly with my insurance company so I wouldn’t have to while on vacation. Within a couple hours he and his crew began working on the mold/water remediation portion. My dad relayed to me that they worked until 2 am and that they were extremely careful when moving my fine china from the sideboard into the dry kitchen. They protected all of my large furniture with plastic sheeting and floor protectors. They also used plastic to wall off the upstairs and my kitchen to prevent the dust from traveling too much. They ripped up all the wet flooring and drywall as well as scrubbed the mold and sprayed. They brought in industrial blowers to dry out the house. The next day they returned to the house and Tony met with my insurance adjustor to review the damage and discuss numbers. He was able to agree upon a number so that I didn’t have to worry about that while I was on vacation. I was able to witness the care and attention to detail firsthand during the rebuild process. Christian, Chris and Olger were polite and a pleasure to deal with. Christian always answered my phone calls and was able to answer any of my questions or concerns. He was the one that suggested the upgraded baseboards and it has made such a difference. His team’s wall prep and paint job was meticulous; no paint drips or messy edges. I did a couple of upgrades with the flooring, the recessed lights, and the baseboard where I had to pay more than what insurance covered… but the end result was well worth it. I would not hesitate to hire them again. I will recommend them to my friends and family."

"Finally we found a contractor (All Star Residential General Contractors) who had innovative solutions to our renovation needs. All Star's owner, Bill Embley approached the bathroom projects as a challenge rather than a nuisance. He and his crew Cisco and Derek worked together to solve any design obstacles. One such obstacle was the installation of an extra-large bathtub not intended for a manufactured home. All Star was able to make custom modification to the tub’s support foundation, that allowed it to fit beautifully in a space that other contractors said was impossible. The All Star team was very polite and respectful and were a pleasure to be around. Bill the owner was there every day to ensure proper design execution. He also included extras at no additional costs. The entire team seemed trust worthy and delivered excellent results, which were far beyond our expectations. We are delighted with our new bathrooms and at the fair price we paid for the work. We recommend using All Star Residential General Contractors, as we would not hesitate hiring again."

"We love our basement remodel. Peter, Alex and his team were here when they said theyâ d be here, completed the job as described, and kept us updated along the way. The basement now looks and feels clean and bright. The additional space doesnâ t feel like a basement at all and is enjoyed by the whole family. We highly recommend Lux Renovations."

"I had such a wonderful experience working with Red White and Blue Painting Enterprise. I called for a quote and received a return call from the owner ( Eric ) within hours. Within a day he came to review the scope of work, gave me a written proposal, and a start and finish date. Everything was done as promised, on time and for the agreed upon price. He and his staff are always on time, very polite and honest. Eric does work to his standard which honestly was higher than my expectation. In addition, he offered to return after the carpenters were done to handle any touch ups. I cannot think of a negative thing to say with regards to my experience with this company and have already recommended them to friends and family."

"I can’t thank Mike enough! Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, but he’s also personable and has a no-nonsense approach to his work. He clearly explained the entire process and even provided video examples so we knew exactly what to expect. His team works fast and efficiently they completed the French drain system and sump pump installation on time and in just one day. What really sets Mike apart is that he also has someone on his team who can put everything back together afterward, including framing studs, rebuilding walls, spackling, priming, and crown molding. After my wife shared her vision for the space next to our garage once the floor was torn up, Mike delivered exactly what she wanted. We were already planning to update our downstairs since the previous owners had outdated wood paneling from ceiling to floor, but the end result exceeded our expectations. The space now looks completely transformed and much better than before. I highly recommend Mike and his team to anyone"

"Carlos and his team built a retaining wall planter area in front of my house as well as replaced a paver stoop and integrated it into the planter. They also repaired a connected paver walkway. We worked out the details together and the finished product is beautiful. The unseen foundational work may never be seen, but I saw the attention to detail in the work. Kudos for doing your work with integrity. I get to have confidence and pride in your work along with you."

"They did a great job! Douglas and his team were thorough, prompt, accommodating and got the job completed within their estimated timeline. They were also very nice! The estimate was reasonable, with the addition of one small part that was needed, the project came in on budget. We highly recommend them and would hire them again."
