"My journey began when I met Mario from Be Home Remodeling. I started with just one bathroom remodel, and I was immediately impressed by the professionalism, attention to detail, and high-quality craftsmanship he and his team delivered. The communication throughout the project was clear and consistent, and they made sure every step met my expectations. Since then, I?ve trusted Be Home Remodeling with additional projects and have always been more than satisfied with the results. Highly recommend Mario and his team to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality construction work"

"Danny took on our project, which was to build a home on an oddly-shaped, canyon side lot. We hired him as he had experience building on hillsides as well as with working with our architect. Ours was a very difficult project; from Coastal Commission to City approval, as well as with structural engineering. Danny had a plan for how to access and install our caissons into the hillside from day one. Not only that, his crew and sub-contractors showed up everyday, on-time for our year and a 1/2 building period. We communicated nearly every day via text or phone calls; Danny and his supervisor Scott were always VERY responsive. They were also open to alternate ideas in order to cut down construction costs. We've now been in our new home one year, and can honestly say that we are very happy with the craftsmanship and quality of our home. Moreover, the few small issues that we have had (garage door opener; low water pressure), Danny has continued to be responsive and to send his team back out to assist us over this past year. Overall, DM Building is an honest and earnest group of builders who only want the best for your project. I highly recommend DM Building, and would be happy to discuss their work further with anyone who is looking for a custom home builder or looking to embark on a large remodel project. "I needed last minute urgent help on a project. Al came out right away and did exceptional and efficient work to get it done. Not only is he excellent at his craft, he was also very pleasant and helpful on this project. Highly recommend and I will hire him again."

"Once again Dave and company did an excellent job. Communicated prior and during the work so there were no surprises. Cleaned up afterwards. Competitively priced and nice knowing that no job is too small (it's often tough to find a contractor who will take on the smaller jobs). Looking forward to getting a quote for additional work needed for repair of dining room drywall."

"Tim was great to work with. He took our vision of the addition and kitchen remodel and made it a reality. His employees were always on time, professional, and worked hard to get the job done right. I highly recommend his services. My home is beautiful."

"We held off on review for about four months because we do not believe you have a balanced picture of your experience immediately as the "newness factor" plays such a part. Last summer Halpert Construction remodeled our bathroom. We were immediately struck by the fact that Mark Halpert listened to us and did not try to take over the project like several of our other bidders seemed to want to. He also explained the whole process and after we hired him it worked just as he said. In fairness we agreed to purchase our own materials except for the basic construction materials (I must say he went above and beyond and purchased a number of things we expected to purchase.) He did help is with referrals to excellent sources. His bid was well within the parameters of the work he was providing and there were no hidden costs or cost overruns. His workers worked for him and were not day laborers and we were extremely pleased with all of them. The workers (and Mark) were excellent to work with and never got tired of explaining and answering our questions. They did their professional work perfectly but always consulted us when there was a design question. If we were having trouble they always gave us some perspectives. Even though we started early there were a couple of SNAFUs as to our part of the purchases--mostly because of the pandemic and the shortage of materials. They took it in stride and worked around these difficulties without complaint. They finished on time and cleaned up well. At the end of the job we did stick on a painting project and he gave us a good price and even pulled his main painter to take care of us that day. After four months we view this project as one of our best improvements on our house and are amazed every day when we use the shower and bathroom. We could wholeheartedly recommend Halpert Construction for any household project--large or small."

"This is the second project BD Project & Design has done for me. They did excellent work on the first job, a new-construction addition and bathroom. For the second project, I did not even think of another contractor. Kevin did an extensive remodeling of the interior of my house, and now it looks like that of a new house, perhaps even better. If I have a third project--which I do not foresee in the near future--you know who will be doing it for me. The superintendent came to the work site almost every day to inspect that the work his team was doing high standards. Given the personality and responsiveness of the owner, we feel that we are long-time friends. Thank you BD Project & Design."

"First project: I am very pleased with Repairs & Remodels On Demand (RROD). I was in the process of selling a property that was about 75 years old. The buyer's mortgage company had sent an inspector who noted several issues. Obviously I was under time pressure. RROD responded very quickly. I needed a hearth built in front of an existing fireplace. RROD advised me on what the current code requirements were. I selected material and the hearth was installed the next day. The inspector also reported six electrical issues, four plumbing issues in the kitchen and four in the bathroom. RROD repaired them all in two days. RROD sent a three man team. The timeline for the project was: Day 1, evaluate job and create estimate; Day 2, install hearth, correct electrical issues and begin plumbing work; Day 3, complete plumbing. On the fourth day I notified the buyer's agent to schedule the re-inspection; the inspection passed with no problems. Sale completed. Second project: In a rental property I own, a tenant wanted a laundry area. I had had the area plumbed but the walls had been opened to accomplish the plumbing. I needed the walls closed up, a short wall built, and the appliances installed. First day, evaluate job and create estimate. Two days later start and complete the job in two additional days. On the day after the completion, the tenant reported a problem with a door that had been installed. I went over and checked and she was correct. It was in mid-afternoon and I called RROD and reported the problem. They immediately scheduled an appointment for 8:00 AM the next morning (and repaired it on that visit). It was a small job with a small problem. The work looked very professional and the paint for the new areas matched the existing room colors. The point is, they do high quality work and they really do stand behind their work. I shall certainly use them again. I am very satisfied with their responsiveness and the high quality of work. They are easy people to work with. They came through for me. Dan"

"Highly recommend Lunasol construction for your home remodel projects. There is a reason Lunasol construction has 5 star reviews. From start to finish, Idan and his team were amazing to work with. Idan came up with a beautiful kitchen design for my kitchen remodel based on some inspiration pictures and ideas I provided her. Once we agreed on the design he brought over the crew for an introduction and prep for the job. He was there to guide and assist me throughout the remodel and checked in daily with me to answer any questions or concerns I have. As with any remodel, we had some hiccups along the way which were nobody's fault, like termite damage and framing that had to be replaced, but nothing that Idan and his team couldn?t handle and resolve quickly. Lunasol delivered, and as a result my family and I have a stunning kitchen that we will enjoy for years to come."
