"Robert was fantastic to work with. I'm so glad that I chose him. My master bathroom, closet, and bedroom remodel went very smoothly and I'm pleased with the results. I got 3 estimates and his was right in the middle. What differentiated him from the other contractors I contacted was that he was responsive and he was able to offer solid design advice. He also works with a custom cabinet maker who was able to build a beautiful custom vanity and mirror to my specifications. Robert was able to take my ideas and add very helpful suggestions and refinements. The outcome would not have been as good if I hadn't listened to his advice. Another important thing to mention is that Robert is dependable - if he says he will show up at 9am, he will be there. Lastly, Robert is a nice guy, and I'm happy that I got to know him. When I need to do more work on my house, he will be my first and only call."

"Dan is great with customer service, detailed oriented, and did a phenomenal job remodeling my kitchen and back patio fence and flooring. I only wished my cabinets matched perfectly but that he managed to find something to work within my space, was a small miracle. Dan goes above and beyond and I would happily hire him again for any project I had. I'd give 10 stars if I could."

"My yard was a disaster. It just got away from me. Weeds and overgrown plants. It was horrible. I got a quote from David that was reasonable and he sent his crew out. They did an outstanding job and I could not be happier. The crew was professional and respectful and I enjoyed working with Missy in the office. 11/10!!!!"

"We had two bathrooms that had water damage.  The downstairs bathroom ceiling was falling down.  There was wood paneling on the walls that needed to be repaired.  We thought the upstairs bathroom was in better condition but it was not.  We were fortunate the tub had not fallen through onto the downstairs bathroom.  They had to replace the sub flooring in the upstairs and gutted both bathrooms completely.  We have all new toilet, shower, vanity fixtures and flooring.  The only thing we have to do is paint the rooms.
They were very helpful explaining what they were doing and making any reasonable changes we requested.

"After receiving quotes from two other reputable landscaping companies, we decided to go with Blue Ribbon for two reasons: they had the BEST quality "turf" (similar pricing) and they were the only bid that suggested recycling our beautiful red brick (instead of buying expensive artistic pavers or flagstone) and re-design the pattern to a gorgeous Herringbone 45 degree angle AND seal the red brick giving it a fabulous glossy look. I have to tell you, I was nervous after I signed the contract, wrote a check and read a few negative reviews on Google sites but our experience was FANTASTIC!
Phil quoted us 4-6 weeks since they are in busy season and they came on week 6 (we were in no rush, it is 105 degrees outside!). The job took them a mere 3 days and it came out waaaaay BETTER than I expected/ envisioned! Truly- blown away with the quality of work and craftsmanship from his team! Not to mention, they were all extremely professional and wonderful to work with. Very courteous and polite!
Like any major project, I would highly recommend being home for the initial start and reviewing the contract and a diagram of your expectations with the crew supervisor... our brick was almost re-laid out in the same pattern! They were totally cool about it and made sure it was done exactly as planned.
About a month after the project was completed, we had extreme rainfall in Tucson and noticed a divot in the turf. Phil's team came over the very next day, pulled the turf back, filled the hole and good as new. NOW THAT IS SERVICE!
5 stars because they were awesome all the way- from Phil in Sales to the Crew who made our yard the envy of the neighborhood. I would HIGHLY recommend Blue Ribbon Builders.

"I needed to have our patio screened quickly, and they came next day. The enclosure exceeded my expectations. The men were professional, meticulous and cleaned up after all was done. I would not hesitate to call on them should we need anything else done."

"Neil even went to The Home Depot to purchase the door and locks after measuring my doorway. He then installed them quickly and professionally. Thanks again Neil . Great job ."

"remodeled my wall way bathroom shower. Bill is very polite gentleman, answered all my questions and concerns with honesty. His crew and project manager Jeff kept us up to date with timeline, were respectful of my home, cleaned up after themselves after each project, and always made sure I was included every step of the way. I plan on hiring Terrell developed for my next project. Would highly recommend Bill for any home remodeling projects."

"Shepherd Contracting remodeled both of my bathrooms and installed new flooring throughout my entire house. Thomas was awesome! He was respectful, easy to work with, and offered way better pricing than other contractors I got estimates from, without compromising on quality. The work turned out 10/10, and I?ll definitely be using them again!"

"Our new sunroom allows us to enjoy our backyard, even during the extreme heat of summer. It is a functional, but also aesthetically pleasing design that adds to the overall beauty of our home. What I am also thankful for, is the process of construction was a positive experience. Adam, who was the main builder, is congenial and hardworking. He paid attention to every detail and made sure all was done with quality. Adam also took the time to show the inspector that a preliminary requirement was not necessary, which saved us over $5000."
