"The entire experience was good. Rob Carroll kept in touch about scheduling a visit to provide an estimate, and later, about when work could be performed. He gave his honest opinion about whether a few items on my list needed repair. The workmen were professional, friendly and again, kept me informed about the progress. When I asked about a loose lock on an exterior door, they offered to pick up a new lock set and install it for me. The bill came in under budget. Thoughtful and much appreciated service! I will contact them for help on any future home repair needs."

"We were very pleased with the remodeling."

"I actually re-hired Bret Franks Construction. Bret and team initially built my house with a completion date of 2018 and he exceeded expectations. That led me to re-hire Bret to do an addition in 2019. Like with the house, Bret has exceeded my expectations with the addition. Bret was on time, on budget, and available as a resource throughout the entire project. You cannot ask for more from your home builder. If I were to build another addition or a new house, I would only make one call - it would be to Bret Franks Construction."

"Mr. Wesley and his team were prompt, courteous, friendly, careful and did a fantastic job even spending several hours on a Friday cleaning up"

"They did a terrific job on renovating our bathroom. They were prompt on arrivals, hired the right pros to do jobs that required specific & detailed skills, and kept us aware of any changes to our original plans that required our approval. Would defiantly hire them again and plan to do so. 5 stars all the way!"

"Building a home can be stressful, but working with WaltCo Constrution was an absolute dream. From day one, they were incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. Their team worked quickly without ever sacrificing quality, and their attention to detail truly exceeded my expectations. Every question was answered, every concern addressed, and every step of the process was handled with professionalism and care. It’s rare to find a company that is this dedicated, reliable, and enjoyable to work with. I couldn’t be happier with the results or the experience. I Highly recommend them to anyone looking to build or renovate — they are exceptional in every way!"
