"Peter Newman Design & Construction has done several home renovation projects for us over a span of 20 years. The first was a room and bathroom addition way back in 1999. This job required framing, roofing, siding, plumbing, electrical, drywall, cabinetry, tile, hardwood flooring etc. He handled everything including coordination with the architect and the county for permitting, project scheduling, material procurement/delivery and all labor. In the last 5 years, Peter has accomplished a kitchen remodel and laundry room upgrade, and most recently, a master bath remodel. Various factors affected that timeline such as the pandemic, staff and product availability. There were also some additional costs not captured in the estimate, however this is not entirely unusual in renovation projects. Overall, they were professional and maintained regular communication about the project status and made sure we were happy with how things turned out."
