Everyone we dealt with from the office staff:Julie, Mary, Diana, Silvia and Jessenia, the estimators: Carlos and Jose, the mason: Erik and the work crew: Nolvy, Orlando and Edgar was professional, polite and punctual. I apologize if I forget anyone’s name or left anyone out. All work was done in a timely manner. They arrived early and stayed late 6 days a week and also straightened and cleaned up everything before leaving. They not only protected our house during the work, but our neighbors house as well , even power washing it at the end. (Very generous of them because I wouldn’t have included them, but that’s just me. lol) We had several compliments from neighbors, a few who wanted to hire them on the spot. We live in a nearly century-old house that was not properly cared for by the previous owner, and our original kitchen showed it. John helped us plan out a full remodel with new cabinetry, countertops, appliances, flooring, and ceiling (the latter two were originally slanted and uneven). "Good things can come in small packages! Thanks to Mark and his crew my small 1950's bathroom looks amazing. The bathroom was shrouded in mud tiles on the walls and mosaic tiles on the floor which required extensive demo. His crew stripped it to the studs and turned it into a bathroom that's bright, clean and cheerful. Likewise my small kitchen required much the same demo. With Mark's help and design suggestions I now have a beautiful, spacious kitchen (without having to increase the square footage). My family and friends are blown away by how open and large my small little kitchen suddenly became without actually extending it. We also have a connected breakfast nook in which Mark created an 8' wide pantry closet by breaking through the rear of our garage! Another terrific plan! It was such a pleasure working with Mark and his crew. It became very obvious early on that they strive for perfection and it absolutely shows in their finished product.
