Tony was on-site everyday at 8am till 4-5pm; Plumbers did great work; Tony is a great guy to work with and offered options and suggestions throughout the duration of the project. "The installation team showed up on time and were ready to work.
They did a great job with installation and cleanup.
However, the estimator was wrong on his estimate.
There were 2 layers on the old roof that had to be removed, additional charge an extra $2000 to remove it.
I contacted the company owner, after I received the bill, he told me he would investigate. He got back to me 2 weeks later with a boiler plate response, not what I was hoping for as a resolution to the $2000 up-charge.
I was going to have them estimate window replacements for my house, but now I will not.
Read the fine print and beware the estimate and contract are only an estimate, even with a signed contract the price increased.
