They finished my kitchen in about 4 days and I absolutely love it!! I love that they’re a family business as well. They were all so professional, clean and took every Covid safety regulations. "I honestly don’t know where to begin. Working with Mike and HIC Builders to remodel my kitchen and bathroom was an overall amazing experience with so many positives. It was my first time remodeling my house. There were so many aspects of concern and stress. From the very first meeting with Mike, he completely put me an ease, and talked to me in detail on what they could do and the approximate price point. Throughout the initial phase, I contacted and met with over 6 different companies, and of course, the estimates that I received were all over the map. HIC Builders estimate was very manageable and, best of all, precise. There weren’t any surprises at the end of the remodeling job. What Mike said on day 1 was exactly what it turned out to be. After my meeting with all the other companies, I was debating between Mike and one other company. At this point, I also decided to downsize my remodeling to save some extra money. The other company was immediately hesitant to take on the job now that their profits had shrunk, whereas Mike was the complete opposite. He went into revision mode and was quick to come up with an alternate plan that we could do now that my budget had changed. That really impressed me. His ability to maneuver and work with different financial circumstances while maintaining a high quality of work. It also showed me that he cared about my project, even after the scope of the work had become smaller. I now know he has many projects going on at any given time, but you wouldn’t have guessed it by the attention and excellent communication he provides. I never felt like I couldn’t reach out to him for questions (and I had many) or clarifications in each phase. For me, choosing the right contractor came down to trust. I was remodeling from out of town, so I couldn’t check in on the process on a constant basis. Mike kept me informed every step of the way and eased my anxiety if anything popped up. If an issue or potential issue came about, he would bring it up to let me know this or that happened, but then he would tell me that it was no problem to deal with, and provide a solution as how he planned to work around it. The entire process was always transparent and clear. I could go on and on about what sets HIC Builders apart, but I hope this gives you a snapshot on why they are the right contractors for the job. I have zero complaints and they went beyond my expectations. Best of all, the end result looks like a million bucks."

"The workers were efficient and on time. Isaac told me each step as they went along. They cleaned up each day before they left, even sweeping the hallways out to the front door. Isaac Mailhot was available via text or phone at all times. Because of my special needs relative I take care of, he helped me plan out the very best way to shower him. A shower without any lip for him to get over. It's amazing. I highly recommend him for any remodel and plumbing needs."
