They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. Tampko kept requesting additional information all of which he provided which required multiple trips. These were completed timely and professionally. The roofers stayed with the task until roof was completed. Cleanup was superb. They worked within budget as stated and worked with the shingle manufacturers and roofing company to make everything come together. Edwin is a real professional. Would not hesitate to recommend."

Scheduling delays occurred with both roof and gutter crews due to a busy storm season. While understandable, the delays could have been communicated better and cleanup a little more thorough once the job was completed. I think a ‘B’ is a pretty fair rating, the work didn’t blow my mind but was satisfactory and should last for years to come."
