"Ofer and the team firstly started VERY QUICKLY - he said he would start in a couple of days and he did. Demolition was quick and easy for the team. Throughout the 5 month project (which is fast for the amount of work we did) we had a number of things change because our plan had to change given structural limitations but Ofer and the team were always willing to think through options and work with us on the best solution."

"My Construction Group renovated our bathroom and kitchen. They gutted both rooms to the stud, flooring and ceiling included, helped with the new design and completed the full remodel. Abraham was very helpful with ideas and even sketching out certain features to demonstrate them. The projects were completed within the agreed upon timeline and budget and anything outside the budget was due to additional asks on our end. Abraham was very accommodating with the additional request. He coordinated the procurement of all materials outside the scope of the budget (cabinets, tiles, doors, etc) and pretty much took care of everything. He communicated often and clearly throughout both projects. Abraham and all workers were very professional and cleaned the project sites as well as other areas affected. They did an amazing job in both cases, our new bathroom and kitchen are beautiful, modern and stylish. "Having purchased this second home out of state and literally knowing nothing about the area and what was needed to set up the reconstruction, he was highly recommended by our real estate agent and had great references from other homeowners in the area. Eric helped us find a local architect/designer, worked with the building planning district, water district, etc. etc. so he's much more than just a General Contractor.  We simply could not have completed the work without him. As with all remodels, it's stressful and he was the calm, steady person needed to keep everyone in check.  He had great sub-contractors and every portion of the work was completed as guaranteed per the contract.  When there were hiccups, he fixed it.  He did all the hard work, just coordinated with us to be sure we got what we expected from each phase.  The results exceeded all our expectations.  No hesitation with recommending him for any job, large or small.

"Sigura made everything go so smoothly, even though it rained off and on. They made the timing work and got the entire project completed within just a few days. Their paint work was excellent, with clean lines, perfect color matching, and great detailing. They fixed my chimney top: My brick chimney was painted over with a cream color and looked so tacky, and now it actually looks like the bricks are in its original condition! There are no paint drips or sprays where there shouldn’t be. The garage looks brand new, but it’s really not. The entire crew and office team were polite, friendly and professional, making the whole experience amazing."
