"Danny took on our project, which was to build a home on an oddly-shaped, canyon side lot. We hired him as he had experience building on hillsides as well as with working with our architect. Ours was a very difficult project; from Coastal Commission to City approval, as well as with structural engineering. Danny had a plan for how to access and install our caissons into the hillside from day one. Not only that, his crew and sub-contractors showed up everyday, on-time for our year and a 1/2 building period. We communicated nearly every day via text or phone calls; Danny and his supervisor Scott were always VERY responsive. They were also open to alternate ideas in order to cut down construction costs. We've now been in our new home one year, and can honestly say that we are very happy with the craftsmanship and quality of our home. Moreover, the few small issues that we have had (garage door opener; low water pressure), Danny has continued to be responsive and to send his team back out to assist us over this past year. Overall, DM Building is an honest and earnest group of builders who only want the best for your project. He was always available when needed, and the process could not have been smoother. Overall the remodel took about 3 weeks, including all demolition, inspections and finish work. This was a complete gut job where they replaced everything, including the old electrical wiring, new shower and countertops. "Recently had a medium renovation by Ocean floor and Remodel. Stuart was able to get us started and helped us update a ton of things around our house, plumbing, electrical, got rid of wood paneling, installed a dishwasher, stove, lighting, complete bathroom remodel, I could go on. His price was completely fair and I’m happy with the amount of work we got done. If I had to complain about something it was that the communication between the different workers wasn’t always there. For instance, the wrong paint was used in the hallway, but the actual workmanship was good for everything. I would hire them again in a heartbeat."

"Even though our project has not been completed, I wanted to express how impressed we have been with the quality of service through Del Mar Landscape. After 30 years, we completely reconfigured our front yard with a low maintenance/ water usage design. New lighting, porch tiles, and walkways were incorporated.
