"I am writing this to comment on the work of CFI Home Improvement. I hired Misael to completely remodel my bathroom. First of all, his price was very fair. His work was beyond good and his work ethic was very professional. He took the time to ask my wife what she wanted and gave us great ideas. Even when my wife changed something, he quickly adapted. He came on time and even went to Lowe’s at night getting materials for a change order. I noticed that he took great pride in his tools. He had very good tools and he knew how to use them. He was very clean as he laid down tarps and cleaned up the inside as well as the outside. He worked very hard without really taking anything more than a lunch break. Misael did quality work. His dry walling and laying down of the floor was great. His plumbing and tile skills were just as good. We have no complaints. He chose a great color for the wall paint as well. Misael was really a gentleman as well as a skilled worker. My dog was happy to see him every day too. I got to know him while he was here and I cannot say enough about him. "We searched a long time to find a company we felt comfortable with and that matched our needs. We believe we found this with Wilbur’s Home Improvements. Everyone we dealt with from the office staff:Julie, Mary, Diana, Silvia and Jessenia, the estimators: Carlos and Jose, the mason: Erik and the work crew: Nolvy, Orlando and Edgar was professional, polite and punctual. I apologize if I forget anyone’s name or left anyone out. All work was done in a timely manner. They arrived early and stayed late 6 days a week and also straightened and cleaned up everything before leaving. They not only protected our house during the work, but our neighbors house as well , even power washing it at the end. (Very generous of them because I wouldn’t have included them, but that’s just me. lol) We had several compliments from neighbors, a few who wanted to hire them on the spot. "All we can say is WOW! Puglisi did an incredible job on our gut-renovated kitchen, power room and mudroom addition. The amount of detail and care in making sure every inch was perfect was honestly very impressive and refreshing. You hear so many horror stories about contractors, but Daniele and Cristina were the complete opposite. They truly cared about the project, our family and the disruption that it caused while living through a Reno of this size (with a toddler and two animals, none the less). They were extremely punctual, honest, quick to respond to questions and just generally a joy to work with. They're excellent at what they do and are really good people as well, which is very rare. And, their crew was top notch. Master tile workers, carpenters, structural and framing experts, etc. They also understood how to retain the integrity of an old house. I can keep going here. LOL. We will definitely be calling them back for all of our home renovations in the future, and encourage anyone who's reading this to get on their schedule ASAP!"
