They worked hard on this project and came in very close to their original estimate, despite the fact that he quoted a price pre-Covid, and the cost of materials went through the roof during the project. He worked closely with his sub-contractors (plumber, electrician, HVAC) to ensure they were delivering a quality product that fit within our budget. He was in regular communication with our architect throughout the project as well. He even dealt with our annoying building inspector long after we got the C of O, because Kevin understands the value of customer service. Kevin is the best. Hire this man!"

"It went wonderfully. Sean and Kyle were the two men who primarily performed all the sheetrocking, installing lights, and painting. They were punctual, polite, totally trustworthy, and really good at what they do -- I gave them my house key in case I was out. I have never before felt comfortable doing that. But with these guys, no problem. Dave had prepared me beforehand about the extent of the work, and what to expect, but even so I had some questions, and often the same ones every day. Sean and Kyle didn't seem phased at all, and provided answers to all my questions. Dave checked in with me each night by phone to see if everything was OK. And what's more incredible, whenever I called him, he answered the phone. In my experience, this is very unusual for a contractor to do. I have to say, I was expecting this kind of excellence from them, as my neighbors used them repeatedly, and raved. Well, I'm raving now also. Use these guys and you won't be disappointed."

They did such a FANTASTIC job the first time in painting and major porch renovation on our previous house (built in 1917) - we used them a 2nd time for our new house in Red Hook. They removed and replaced several floors (kitchen, laundry, foyer) as well as completely remodeling 3 bathrooms - 2 with showers. Very nice work, fair prices, and good to work with;. I can't say enough good things! As part of this all, they did A LOT of tile work - floors, walls, etc - really awesome! Also. their plumbing work can't be beat!
