"We contacted them for remodel of 2 of our bathrooms. Excellent work by the project manager and his team on our master bathroom and guest bathroom remodel. He helped us come up with a good design and took care of everything including scheduling inspections and approval of permits. He even accompanied us during shopping trips and provided valuable inputs to help us pick finishing materials. He is also very receptive of critical feedback and goes the extra mile to make sure we are happy with the work at the end of the day. "I wanted to replace carpet with wood-look vinyl in living room, dining room, library and office in my house, but the floors were very uneven. One company said they would only recommend replacing with new carpet and a second company gave me a ridiculously high estimate for the work. Jacobs Construction quoted a fair price, which went up a bit when they pulled up the carpet and saw just how bad the floors were. The final cost was far below the other quote. The work was done in just two days, and the floors are beautiful!"

"This is the second remodel I've done with Cook Custom Construction and it turned out amazing. We did a complete remodel of our guest bathroom with a tiled walk in shower and a frame less custom acid etched glass shower door. They ran power for the bidet toilet we had installed as well. We also had a new bathroom vanity installed with shaker cabinets with beautiful quartz counter tops. We had a drop down ceiling above the vanity that was brought up flush with the rest of the bathroom ceiling that allowed for a beautiful counter to ceiling backslash that turned out absolutely amazing. If you're looking for quality work and a company that pays attention to detail I would definitely recommend Cook Custom Construction for your next project, you will not be disappointed."

"I got few leaks in the roof that was an issue for us during the winter, the company I called to repair asked me For almost twenty thousand dollars just for A repair so I decided to get more bids, palm construction representative check our roof from above and from the attic, I understand that our old wood tiles roof are originally installed straight on the beams with no plywood! I decided to go with a professional job and I did a good decision! I m happy with our new roof!"
