"Lar-Con construction did a fantastic job on our recent kitchen and half bath remodel. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Larry, the owner, was extremely easy to work with and offered helpful suggestions that made our plans a reality. He and his crew were always pleasant and professional. They let us know approximately what time they would arrive each day, and the focus of their work for the next day. They took care to keep the dust and construction materials confined to the work area. Larry spent a great deal of time explaining the difference between ready-made, semi-custom, and custom cabinets and how they might work in our kitchen. He suggested we might want to work with a custom cabinet maker to accommodate the odd angles in our kitchen. He suggested a reputable cabinet maker who did a fantastic job developing a workable plan for our kitchen. Larry worked closely with the cabinet maker coordinating installation of the cabinets and countertops. Larry and his crew took the time and effort to complete work as if they were working on their own home. When an unexpected sub-floor repair was necessitated due to a hidden water leak, the crew took it in stride and worked it into their schedule, replacing the sub-floor. They also went into the crawl space to inspect the floor joists for water damage, repaired and replaced them as needed, and even added an additional vent to the crawl space area to create cross ventilation. Larry worked with the contractor we had hired for flooring installation, and was on hand the day the flooring was installed, helping insure it was installed professionally. We felt comfortable enough with Larry and his crew that we were able to take an out of state trip while the work was in progress. While we were gone, Larry sent photos of the work they completed each day and responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. We are so pleased with the quality of work completed and the work ethic demonstrated by the entire crew of Lar-Con Construction that we have already scheduled a master bath renovation."

"Dennis is one of the best remodelers in Atlanta! I have used him on several projects going back at least 13-14 years. For my most recent project, he completely remodeled my 1980's-era kitchen (before & after photos are below). He added additional custom-made cabinets, installed new granite counters and tile backsplash, new sink and fixtures, replaced all the lighting and added new accent lighting, and installed a new stove and microwave. In my powder room he replaced the old Corian vanity with granite and a new sink and fixture. In addition, his excellent carpenter even repaired a broken bookcase in my living room! At a previous home, Dennis built a beautiful screened porch with cathedral ceiling at the back of my house. It was literally my favorite place to sit, and I enjoyed it immensely. He also repaired my mother's home when she "accidentally" drove her car through the dining room wall!!! Dennis can do anything! He is extremely thorough and looks at every detail, fully explains his plans, costs, and timing. He uses very qualified subs who have worked with him for many years, all of whom are very trustworthy. "We live in Dallas Georgia and decided to get our walkout basement finished for my mom to have her own apartment. Creative Basements did a bedroom, bathroom, living room for about 850 ft.². It took about three months starting in the last quarter of 2020 and just finished in January 2021. They did a great job and all the work was performed better than expected. Jonathan, Doug and Joseph made additional recommendations and during the process when they saw opportunities for improvements. While 95% of the job was completed in the projected time frame, they never questioned any issues that required correction and returned several times to ensure the job was completed to our total satisfaction. All of their installers were top notch--our back-splash gets instant compliments from everyone who sees it. The only complaint I have would be about the flooring installers who did not do a good job cleaning up after themselves. All of the other installers were extremely thorough about cleaning up at the end of every day. They really did their best to minimize the the inconvenience of what could have been a very disruptive process."

"Jhony Ventura did a wonderful job for us! We had a wall between a bright, sunny tv room and a very dark, windowless foyer. Jhony cut out a 4 x 6 window, moved some electrical, then framed it. It looks great, foyer is now so much sunnier. Going to have shutters put up eventually. No mess, furniture covered, great experience and would certainly use Jhony again."
