We have a 150 Victorian and did not know what kind of challenges Mike and his crew would come across. We completely renovated the two existing bathrooms and he was able to create a new third bathroom. We worked very closely together to make this a smooth renovation. Every step of the way, he kept in touch with us. We were just not contractor and client, but it was a true partnership.
