It was quite a process, but Scott did a great job in the coordination of all the contractors and workers and always kept things moving along smoothly. "Five stars for Empire Builders & Remodeling. They built our entire home from the ground up on our vacant lot in Rotonda West, Florida. The project was handled professionally from start to finish. Vitaliy communicated well, handled the permitting process, stayed within the budget we discussed, and made sure the construction stayed on track. He was always responsive and straightforward whenever we had questions. We were especially happy with the quality of the workmanship and attention to detail throughout the house. Everything came together very well, and they even finished a little ahead of our scheduled move-in date. We also appreciate that Vitaliy has remained responsive after the project was completed. It's reassuring to work with a builder who doesn't disappear once the job is finished. Overall, it was a very positive building experience. We would definitely recommend Empire Builders & Remodeling and plan on working with them again in the future."

"When our new baby was born we realized we needed more space so we decided to convert our lanai into a new master suite. Working with Salt & Pepper was a great experience from start to finish. The entire process was fast, organized and professional. We have young children, so I was very nervous about living in the house during the renovation. The team made the process so much easier than I expected. They kept everything clean, stayed on schedule and were always respectful of our home and family. The final result exceeded all of our expectations. We absolutely love our new space and couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend Salt & Pepper to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional remodeling company."
