Eric helped us find a local architect/designer, worked with the building planning district, water district, etc. etc. so he's much more than just a General Contractor.  We simply could not have completed the work without him. As with all remodels, it's stressful and he was the calm, steady person needed to keep everyone in check.  He had great sub-contractors and every portion of the work was completed as guaranteed per the contract.  When there were hiccups, he fixed it.  He did all the hard work, just coordinated with us to be sure we got what we expected from each phase.  The results exceeded all our expectations.  No hesitation with recommending him for any job, large or small.

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"We recently had Mega Power Electric Inc install a solar system and panels. The President and provided excellent communication all the way through the process. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. We are very satisfied with our solar system and I highly recommended Mega Power Electric Inc."

His team were prompt, efficient and easy to work with as well, also going beyond expectations. After offering to clean up an existing skylight, they discovered that it was not actually connected to the roof! Now it is clean and safely fixed in its place. As the Covid closures loomed, the team worked extra hard to finish the job quickly, but remained neat and diligent throughout. I am super pleased with the results of this bathroom remodel and will definitely contract with Mt. Tam Construction for our next project."

He helped us come up with a good design and took care of everything including scheduling inspections and approval of permits. He even accompanied us during shopping trips and provided valuable inputs to help us pick finishing materials. He is also very receptive of critical feedback and goes the extra mile to make sure we are happy with the work at the end of the day. "Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
