We decided to undertake a major (to us) update/renovation of our entire first floor flooring, including removing a dated looking "elevated" living room area. We were excited to review and discuss the project with Doug as he took the time to hear our vision, take pictures and measurements. We felt the estimate was very fair and immediately hired them for the job. The entire process went very smooth and thorough. DBC has a broad selection of talent and we felt that each friendly face that showed up truly contributed to the project. DBC made sure to address every concern and made sure that we were satisfied with every phase. The project turned out great and we love our new look space! We realize that our project scope is fairly minor compared to some, but we certainly felt that our project was just as important to DBC as a large renovation, Highly recommend them for all your needs! "As far as remodeling projects go- and we have done quite a few, this was by far the easiest job we have hired. Every step of the way John informed us on the progress of our remodel- we added a room in the unfinished part of our basement. He finished on time and within budget. (He even took care of a few mistakes made by other contractors- many of which he didn't even charge us for!) We will definitely have them back again. HIGHLY recommend."

It takes a special construction company to not only provide quality work but to keep in contact with the clients and recognize that timeliness, clean-up, conversation, and comprehension are all a very important part of the package. I am extremely happy with MST contracting and having been a 'do-it-yourselfer' for the past 40 years I am very particular in whom I hire for projects and their knowledge of it. The MST contractors are respectful, patient, knowledgeable, and show the customers that their schedule is also important with getting the job done. There were no surprises with the estimate, the pricing is reasonable, and the workmanship is exemplary! In addition I believe MST CONTRACTORS care about their relationship with the client! There are some general contractors that are vague, or rude, or don't care if the client is waiting an extra 3 or 4 hours for them to show up for work, or those who charge extra for delivery of materials, or even estimates --this company does not "do" those things that customers find annoying. "I had a microwaved installed over the oven, originally it was just a fan above the oven, The company that did the work was Nest Home Construction, Inc. Peter came over on March 22nd, and completed the whole project that day, He did a great job! He was very professional and courteous and did not rush to get the job done! He moved the existing fan, vent and cabinet, and the reinstalled the new cabinet, and mounted the microwave, which he had to make a duct to connect into the microwave fan vent so it would align with the existing outside vent. His pricing is reasonable, and the quality of work is excellent! My wife and I are very pleased with the work that he did. We also plan on having him do more work for us in the kitchen in the future! We would strongly recommend him!"
