They were punctual, efficient, and always left the house clean when they left for the day. They were very respectful of our home. The job was completed on time and the kitchen came out beautiful! Angela was always available to answer any questions and always kept us updated. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and a pleasure to talk to. All the costs were clearly communicated and there were no surprises. I would highly recommend Hire Her for any home remodel or repair!"

"I'm that person who has a general distrust of contractors due to a few truly terrible experiences. I blame myself for these bad experiences because I didn't vet the people I hired throughly enough. With the retaining wall bordering my driveway was collapsing and the driveway beginning to split, I knew this wasn't a project I could brush off, so I began an intense search for contractors. Using Angie, I found two contractors I liked for the job, but hired Hector Santucci because he presented a better plan for the restoration of that portion of the driveway that was going to be damaged while removing the old wall. Santucci Brothers has shown me there are good, professional, honest contractors out there, if you just take the time to find them. Hector Santucci and his crew were professional, polite and excellent at their jobs. These are some true craftsmen. Not only is my new wall massive, strong, built to last, but it's quite beautiful. In particular, while the mortar joints on the old wall, which was built by hacks, were three, sometimes as much as four inches wide, Hector's crew tightened everything up, fitting the stones together beautifully, even recessing the mortar on the face. When they were done, they cleaned everything up, power washed the driveway, and even planted new grass. Santucci Brothers stayed on estimate, stayed on schedule, and lived up to everything they had promised me. Communicating with them was easy and efficient."

"Michael and his partner Justin did an awesome job painting the interior trimming, windows, and doors in my living room space. I am extremely satisfied with their work and attention to details that has now given my space a more vibrant look. They are both very professional and demonstrated skills and expertise. "Overall everything went well. They were very responsive, came around 8:30 each day when I was told they’d arrive between 8-9, and the owner checked in on the worker each day. I was pleased he put up a plastic sheet to block off the area while sanding so the dust didn’t end up all over. The person doing the work did need to borrow our screwdriver and use a garbage bag so it was slightly surprising he didn’t have everything he’d need himself. Additionally there are a few noticeable scrape marks in the mud which will need to be patched up. For the most part though we are happy with the work and how efficient they were."

"I cant say enough nice things about them. From the first phone call they were clear to explain pricing, their process and help me understand everything. They asked good questions so I could easily decide what features to select. Then I was impressed by their selection of materials, the staff at the office who helped me find materials in my price range. Then their system for quoting is thorough and professional with all the details including drawings they create with samples of the product I selected. Last but not least their install staff were on time, prepared, thorough and clean. My install was not the easiest and they took care of making everything work out. And I never used them before but will use them again."

From first meet, to quick/fair quote (no haggling/negotiation necessary) to the endless patience he displayed as we debated endlessly about what style to go with and all the individual choices that go along with it. He came to the stores with us to talk through options and the pros and cons of the materials and was available anytime we wanted to chat. When it came to doing the work, it couldn't have gone smoother. Fast execution. High quality work. Daily clean up (zero mess in or outside the house during). When we didn't like some of the choices we made (paint, etc), Lenny made the changes with zero fuss. There are many examples throughout the project where the team went above and beyond and finished right on time.
