Leon of YM Construction gave us a reasonable bid and timeline based on our plans. He gave us a detailed estimate for the list of work we wanted done in the house, answered all our questions in a way we understood and provided available options. He is eager to help, he was quick to respond and his estimate for my short wall (and later an additional concrete pad as an additional project) was very reasonable. Just a day after submitting my project to home advisor, he contacted me and came out to review my project and give me an estimate. 2 days later he found an opening in his schedule and then completed my wall in two days. Wow! The wall was very clean, straight, and matched the wall it abutted to. I was so impressed with their work that when they suggested adding a concrete pad next to the wall to complete the area I easily agreed. This additional project was also quickly done, professionally made, and reasonable in price. They cleaned up all the construction materials and surrounding areas.
