"Lux Renovations did an excellent job in remodeling my basement. David Guimares, together with Louis Villegas, did a very timely and professional job with installing an Owens Corning basement. They were very easy and courteous to work with and provided key input when needed for HVAC considerations. They worked well with coordinating electrical work and getting required town inspections done in a timely manner. In addition, David provided good suggestions to enhance our finished basement plans prior to starting the work, including how we may be able to reroute some plumbing to enhance our celling height. "I contracted with this company for a patio with pavers. They did a fantastic Job. I loved it so much that I asked them to do 3 sidewalks with the same pavers. Then I asked about my pool. I wanted something to make my above ground pool look appealing. With the suggestions made (absolutely no pressure, just ideas) I ended up having a deck built on. It is a 32 x 10 deck with a Pergola in the center. It is beautiful. Because this was so awesome and the quality of work was fantastic, we now have the Fascia board on our house replaced with an addition of Soffits. It is beautiful and maintenance free. This company will be installing new gutters this week. 7th State Builders do it all. Their motto is If you can dream it, we can build it. This is so very true. I love All of the work and the crews are polite and clean up completely when finished with each job. I will be having a new addition built soon."

"I used Omar's General Contracting to remodel my shower. The shower was very dated and on the small side based on how it was built not the available space. OGC stripped the shower down to the studs, the shower framing was reconfigured to take advantage of the additional space, the plumbing was moved over to fit the new layout and a bench was added. OGC was very open to listening and talking with me about what I wanted to do. When I moved the location of the bench to the another side of the shower, they accommodated my change of mind. We discussed how that affected the final shower look and we went on from there. It's perfect! The single shower head was replaced by a shower head, a sliding shower head mounted on a bar and body sprays. The frameless glass just makes it so inviting. The tile and finishing work are beautiful! OGC also hung cabinets, replaced a two piece vanity with a three piece vanity and changed the towel bars etc. to match. This definitely ranks as one of my favorite outcomes in a remodeling project."
